  1. Wow! Beautiful work. I especially like the wheels posed as turning.
  2. Wow, there is a lot packed into this scene! Very cool.
  3. Very nice. I like the outdoor pics.
  4. Very nice! These always got a bum rap in my opinion. Mustang II with a V8 kept muscle alive in the late '70s early '80s.
  5. Well done Pat! I recently got one of these in the stash, anything special to look out for?
  6. Outstanding work, the weathering is top notch.
  7. Outstanding! Great color.
  8. Great looking car! I have that same poster on the wall
  9. Let me add my admiration as well. Did you do the foil under the paint method for the Eldorado scripts? They are outstanding.
  10. I've seen it done with tissues soaked in white glue, build the frame from dowels or wire? Looks like a pretty simple shape.
  11. That is really cool! Great weathering on the underside, looks like you need to tighten the drain plug
  12. I'm working on a Wave brand F1 Tyrrell. The tires are nicely molded vinyl or rubber but seem to be very tacky. I've cleaned them with dish soap and a toothbrush but they still pick up every speck of dirt, I can't seem to keep them clean. Any ideas?
  13. Very cool Pat, looks like a lot of fun!
  14. DWs rookie year wasn't it? Really nice!
  15. So I've got the Imex 'Fat Bob' bike on the bench. The chrome sprue never got plated in the kit so I'm doing it all black, but that's another story. Nowhere on the box is it mentioned but inside is this cute chopper minibike, complete with pull start lawnmower engine! Nice little break from the main event.
  16. First one of the Pontiacs I've seen built, great job!
  17. Really nice job! I'm working on a bike too, makes a good change of pace.
  18. Very nice! That is a great kit.
  19. I wondered if that was the case. An image search turned up some pics with Benson & Hedges livery, it seemed too coincidental. Must have been around the same time as the Marlboro cars lost their logo?
  20. Thanks for the comments. Rich, the spindles and tie rod are meant to be glued but I was able to pose the wheels before securing. The front suspension is fairly fragile.
  21. Great job on a "challenging" kit (no pun intended).
  22. Revell kit, this one gave me a pretty hard time. Paint issues, decals, lots of getting up and walking away from the bench. In the end I think it came out pretty good. Driven by Heinz-Harald Frentzen during the 1999 season he won 2 GP, Monza and Magny-Cours and finished 3rd in the points. Honda V10 power, I love the Buzzin Hornets livery. Comments welcome, thanks for looking.
  23. Great looking Impala! Love the color.
  24. Very nice! Like to see a stock A.
