I love this! I have the JF body to do one as well, I had a 1:1 window version while I was in the service. Loved driving it sitting over the wheel and the steering wheel was almost flat, it was a lot of fun! -

Pretty cool! Those tires look just right and I like the "C Cab" roof. -
Art Deco styling at its finest. We need a kit of this!

It won't matter, just adds to the evidence that it's a Euro release. -

I believe they are individual cooling fins. I also realized the instructions are in French. -

It's been a while, but I think its Rustoleum Sky Blue spray bomb. -
I have not seen this mentioned anywhere, not a plug for Model Roundup. They report it coming in Feb. '22

Let's See Some Glue Bombs!

I don't normally restore stuff but I picked this up the other day on eBay, I love these cars and virgin kits are sky high. -
Amazing how far the tech has come in just a short time. I believe we are closer to printing our kits at home than we think. The models shown by Bill C. are incredible.

Chaparral 2E kit ID?
bbowser replied to bbowser's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Thanks for all the replies, I knew folks on here would know. I'm hoping to pry this apart and clean it up. These are fairly hard to come by now. -
I bought this glue bomb on ebay, it was advertised as 1/24. When it got here it looks small to me? Measures almost exactly 6" nose to tail. I cannot find any reference to a 1/32 scale kit. The doors are both hinged, the front and rear clips are removable, and it has articulated steering as well as an engine. Can anyone identify the kit? Thanks in advance!

Wow! Great paint and foil work, those wheels work as well.

What a great idea! No one will look twice at an unmarked cruiser (you can spot them a mile away )

Looks great! What is the reasoning behind leaving the gaping hole in the firewall? -
Unusual color scheme, neat work. What did you use for the cloth top?

Really nice! Great foil work, these mid-60s cars are tough with all the thin trim.

Really cool longroof! I've been working on something similar, a '59 Caddy wagon using the roof from the Bad Actor '60 wagon. I can appreciate how much work went into this.
