  1. Beautifully built and the diorama/backdrop adds more realism. Top stuff. 👍🏻
  2. Sorry to hear that the kit quality was not the best, nevertheless you have built a beautiful model of an iconic sports car. Top stuff.👍🏻
  3. Tuff looking Camaro! I like a lot.👍🏻
  4. Sweet looking GTO. The aftermarket resin wheels are a nice touch, top notch.👍🏻
  5. Poor little beetle hasn’t seen any wax for a long time! Excellent weathering. It’s something I’ve dabbled in but have yet to become any good at.👍🏻
  6. G’day Topher, sorry to hear that. The mods you planned for it sounded very interesting. Sometimes it’s best to step away and have another crack later.
  7. I like the look of that inline 6. This is looking great. 👍🏻
  8. A lot of awesome details being incorporated into the chassis and front suspension alone. 👍🏻
  9. A beautiful looking 57 Ford. Top stuff. 👍🏻
  10. G’day Ken, that roadster did turn out beautifully. Nice choice of colours and that engine looks tuff as. 👍🏻
  11. G’day Donald. I’ve got a soft spot for these Mustangs and I do enjoy looking at your builds, so I’ll be following this one. 👍🏻
  12. Thanks David, it’s a great kit, I enjoyed building it and I look forward to seeing yours on the forum soon. 👍🏻
  13. Quite a few classic Chev pickups have been imported into Australia by collectors over the years and they pull big money when they come up for sale, unfortunately a little bit out of my price range, so I’ll have to stick to building 1/25 scale versions. Your old 65 looks cool with that patina, these trucks still look good even with a less than perfect paint job. That’s a nice looking collection of builds you have there. 👍🏻
  14. G’day Topher, l wondered how Pearly Gates was going since you posted a pic of it on my recent 66 chev pickup WIP. Those suicide doors are going to look trick when you get the hinges sorted. I’m a big fan of 60’s pickups, so I’m following this one. 👍🏻
  15. G’day Michelle, now that is one sweet looking Galaxie, the wheels, stance and paint. Very nice. 👍🏻
  16. Just looking at this makes me want to grab a board and hit the waves, despite the fact I have the surfing prowess of a house brick. Seriously though, I always look forward to seeing your builds on the forum and this one is superb. Top notch.👍🏻
  17. Oh yeah, nice choice on the body colour.👍🏻. Looking great.
  18. This is all lookin’ pretty good. 👍🏻
  19. G’day everyone, just finished this one and really enjoyed it. The only issue was fitting the front suspension assemblies but that was due to my not so nimble sausage fingers! Finished in Tamiya TS-60 pearl green, cleared with TS-13, engine block and under body parts painted in TS-38 gun metal. Thanks for looking, and as always any comments welcome. Cheers, Stuart. 👍🏻
  20. Hi Michelle. Nice work, slick looking car the C8 vette , yours looks great in silver. ??
  21. Paint looks superb. Refreshing to see one that isn’t silver. ??
  22. These two look great! I built my 57 150 as a custom but after seeing these, I’m gonna have to find another one of these kits and do a stock one. Top stuff. ??
  23. G’day Len, yeah, that 3D printed grill was worth it. Looks way better than the original one you had for the Duster. ??
  24. G’day Calvin. Good work on your pickup, engine bay looks good. I followed your progress on this and despite the troubles it gave you, it’s turned out great. I think the chassis warp is just part of the kit, mine had the same issue and I ended up putting tiny styrene shims under it to make the rear bed line up with the cab. Good stuff. ??
  25. That’s a really tidy build, nice work. ?? I’m on the side of not weathering it, every work vehicle is spotless when they’re new.
