  1. Its becoming all but impossible to purchase Isopropyl Alcohol over here now. I've been told its being restricted as its used in the manufacture of methamphetamine
  2. The Japanese can take their cars to extremes. There is an explanation of the cultures here http://www.retroscen...-that-jazz.aspx
  3. For my squaring duties I purchased a couple of adjustable squares and by adding one to the other I have a quick and easy way get things aligned. This works a treat on getting the rear wings on F1 cars squared up too.
  4. It captures the look of the real car well. I'm hoping to see a version with the fat fender flares released.
  5. Very sharp build. Well done
  6. This just arrived from Model Express. Dennis once again providing an excellent service. The sprint car is the second example of this kit I have purchased. This one has the same molding issue the other kit I purchased from another source a couple of months ago has. Not good enough Revell.
  7. Tamiyas' Mini is a great kit that falls together. Its going to be interesting to see how the up coming Revell Germany kit compares
  8. I can see a huge amount of work has gone in to this one. Superb build
  9. They are nice clean builds. Very impressive.
  10. I agree with the others suggesting spoon tests. It is a quick and easy way to determine exactly what a color will turn out like before committing to actually painting your car.
  11. Its rare to see a built one. Well done
  12. Well done. That is really clean build
  13. Very nice build of a rarely seen subject
  14. Nice to see whitewall inserts. Every kit I have purchased with tampo printed whitewalls has at least one or more that has a defect like being off centred, smeared ink ect.
  15. My local hobby shop has the Enzo in stock with a price tag of NZ$699. That converts to US$567. Ouch !!!
  16. Couldn't agree more on the wiper and door handles. Molded in wipers in particular just look plain crude.
  17. Thanks for sharing
  18. Nice pix. Thanks for posting
  19. That is looking really good. I'm waiting for delivery of the same kit.
  20. Thats a very nice restoration. It reminds me I stripped down one I got off our local flea bay awhile back that I must get on to making a start on restoring
  21. I think test car would be the best description. Looks like a nice build
  22. Thats a very nice build of a subject I haven't seen built before. Who is the manufacturer of the model ?
