  1. Copy that. I've never ordered from MCW myself either. Similarly, I've only ever ordered from Splash. So thanks for looking that up.
  2. @Bainford @Rodent Awesome thanks guys! Quick question... On the MCW website, when I select the Go Mango, I gives me the option of adding the primer, the clear and the 'cement'... So is the 'cement' their term for the hardener?
  3. Self explanatory. Anyone have a trusted source here in the US? Thank you kindly in advance!
  4. After UPS misplaced the first one, (along with $395 worth of other items) and I got tired of waiting for a refund, I ordered this on 21 Aug, literally right before the Tariff hammer dropped... Finally.... My precious....
  5. My situation is almost identical... I ordered a Chinese manufactured product on 21 Aug and it arrived today with no additional fees attached.(??) I think I snuck in under the wire as well.
  6. @oldcarfan I'm not considering purchasing a MFH kit at the moment, but any idea of how much these additional fees are once you clear the $800 threshold? I paid $1200 for Cobra Daytona two years ago...
  7. That's good to hear... I just bought from them earlier in the year before this mess started. Im sure they have something I need.
  8. This is a screenshot from the shipping company Correos, which for those interested, is what Spotmodel opted to ship with until the USPS takes possession..
  9. That right there looks flippin amazing. For me...that's the best example yet. I'm buying. Thanks!
  10. Proceed with caution. Back in February of this year, I placed an order and one of the items I ordered is 'on demand'. I think I had to wait about month for it to be delivered to Spotmodel. In the meantime, I added many additional items to my order. The order in its entirety shipped the week of April 22nd and was due to be delivered within 10 days. I was tracking my order and one day before it was to be delivered I received an email from UPS stating that I owed UPS an additional $395 for Tariffs, and Customs fees. The amount I was getting billed was 110% more than I paid for everything. So I declined delivery and immediately requested my package be returned to Spotmodel. Conveniently, UPS has misplaced my package and although Spotmodel filed a claim and appears on the surface to be working on my behalf for a refund, I still have not received it. In regards to communication with Spotmodel, I am having to continuously email them for updates. The more this drags on, the less and less (it seems) they are interested in helping me.
  11. I ordered several items from overseas via feebay, and although it's still early in the game, I may be hosed on one of the five orders. The one that's 'hung up' was ordered from Taiwan on the 20th. It made it to Taipei on the 22nd, and hasn't moved since. I have an order from Spotmodel, placed on the 20th, and another feebay order that I placed on the 21st originating from Australia, and both appear to be moving, albeit slowly, but thankfully still moving. But yeah..the other day I found something on feeebay that I had never seen before, that a gentlemen in the UK was selling. I paid for it as soon as I seen it, but the gentlemen immediately refunded me and refused to allow me to purchase it. I've looked for 3 days trying to find an identical item here in the US and I'm not having any luck at all.
  12. Nice work! Very cool!
  13. Sounds like the beginning of the most awesome display of a soul crushing, one-sided relationship.
  14. Revell 69 Dodge Coronet Super Bee. Will be pinned with a length of sewing needle.
  15. Looks fantastic man!
  16. Thank you very much kind Sir! I shall follow suit. Much appri-she-ate-it! 😆
  17. Hey Gary! When you glued that sheet steel to the foamboard, what type of adhesive did you use? Any metal prep for it stick really well? Im having the same issue with warping as you had.
  18. Agreed. I very rarely here the word 'Integrity' anymore.
  19. I guess I somewhat understand that, but with all due respect Les, the thing I can't wrap my head around is, that the majority of the ads that I feel are so repulsive, are (typically) only here, yet ridiculously repetitive in nature. That's all I'm saying. If we could get a Patreon funded ad-free system going for, oh I don't know...$3-5 bucks a month or less(?), I would be one of the first to sign up. And I'm sure that I'm not alone in thinking that.
  20. This... Right here. This is exactly what I take issue with. I do not get ads suggesting pornography so blatantly, or as often, anywhere else.
