Yes! its part of the fun... the body paint looks above par to me (I mean that) i am assuming Alex new to the hobby? so i am suprised by this an understatement!... I want what is best for Alex.

Do not give up on them Friend it is worth the learning curve..please trust me on that please ;)... Tamiya will be a walk in the park in comparison if you stick with AMT/Revell/Monogram.... just ask here if you run into a problem...i think a good idea to have a few buils at once and when one is frustrating put to one side and do something simple on another build...I sound patronizing but what works for me.

PS I have resin casts of the a pillars if any help no charge..cut and splice in.and the screen can be clear plastic happy to include...looks better than the kit glass...why i made a pillars I am not buying kits just for a replacement body....but get more experience and i am no expert myself...learning from my mistakes.

Fantastic!

I forgot to say an easy fix..it is only the a pillars and glass..no need to strip the body..throw nothing away! put back in the box and build other things...you will have the day when you know how to fix it.

My Mustang crash was in the 1990s....late 2000,s i had a 64 Falcon Sprint tribute... it was no seatbelts..drum breaks...4 Speed and despite powerful V8 the suspension did not match...death if things go wrong!...friends family knew about my Mustang crash...no one would be a passenger! i wonder why? only me ever in that car. but She looked and sounded the part!

I used to drive in the snow no problem....expecting things could go wrong..my embarrassing misshap in a car i had been driving daily for 3 years no problem all weathers and conditions ... it was unexpected and i could not react fast enough... i am no race driver and it possible to go over that limit ever so slightly and find out the hard way....i am not annoyed with you just sharing my mistake.

Welcome...a friend of mine in the UK has a 427 4 speed Biscane.66.67? never seen the car..and as well a collection of rare GM Muscle...GTOs/Impalas.his father owned since the early 70s have been waiting almost 20 years for the cars to be finished and hit the shows...i am sworn to secrecy and have said to much

Welcome Kaci.

Amazing i did not know that...i already have more kits than i could build! so pointless me buying more unless ultra focused like Johan i want.... a Hurst 300 would be an amazing kit.

I have crashed a Mustang in the UK I am ashamed to say! not a car show i was late for work in the wet...ended up sideways in on comming traffic...thankfully no one hurt! but did some damage to a poor guys car...ended up an insurance claim...then of course years of double insurance costs for me and rightly so! full 6 years no claims wiped out,but the most important thing no one hurt! i have been trying to pretend it never happened.
