  1. Wow! Very impressive job cleaning up the body.
  2. I love short trackers from this period. Monte is looking good.
  3. Welcome to the forum, Craig. A great place to ease into the automotive side of things. There are some very talented builders hanging out in the truck sections of the forum, so check that out. A helpful bunch, too. Cheers
  4. Welcome to the forum, Mike. Good looking Charger. I think You'll find that after some time on this forum, those skills will trend back up. Cheers.
  5. Welcome to the forum, Tom.
  6. You got a great line on that body shell. Very cool, period show rod. That is wicked cool.
  7. Very cool. Those old decals seem to have held up well. Nice work getting them on well.
  8. You're nailing it, Matt.
  9. Thanks for posting. I quite like the '69 Rebel. Is the Raider a special model? I've been looking on ebay for a JoHan Rebel kit for quite some time, to build a model of the Rebel Machine development mule. I always thought the roof-line and C pillar were much more attractive on the '69 Rebel than the '70 Rebel Machine. How wicked looking is this thing?
  10. Welcome to the forum, Dennis. Cheers.
  11. Out of pure morbid curiosity, I looked it up. 72 & 73 Mustangs with 351C use upper hose D2AE. Don't know why the change.
  12. That's correct. Deserres is my go-to store for art supplies, etc. Lots of neat stuff there. The NSCAD store in Historic Properties is another good place for such things, though perhaps not so much for spray paint.
  13. I don't know specifically for this application, but typical Ford numbering convention of that period will use the same part number for any application that uses the exact same part. I would expect that any similarly equipped Cleveland powered Mustang from '71 to '73 would use the D1AE part. I say 'similarly equipped' because some options, such as air conditioning or power steering, may require a different hose, and therefore, a different number. It is conceivable that the hose, for any unknown reason, was changed in some way for '72 or '73, and the part number changed accordingly. If it matters, please verify.
  14. I'd check Scale Finishes or MCW. One or both will likely have that colour.
  15. Further to that, I recommend using a pull-saw (cuts on the pull-stroke rather than the push-stroke) to reduce the chance of slips marring the glass.
  16. Sharp looking Mustang, Gil. Coming along very nicely.
  17. Well done, Alan. Two great saves there. The second one is looking pretty tough indeed.
  18. Very nice, Mark. A very interesting subject, from the days when 'outside-the-box innovation in F1 was still a reality.
  19. Sounds like a great trip, Howard. Thanks for posting.
  20. Very nice, Gary. Good spot to get some building done.
  21. This whole thing is simple stunning. Great concept, the Chevy, the wood work, the boat, the trailer, the colours, the engines... everything. An exceptional combination with a lovely, classic style. Love it!
  22. Nice work. That thing would be a wild ride.
  23. Mind blowing realism. I always love checking out your stuff, Charles. Lovely work.
  24. Great looking set-up. Nice detailing. Very cool.
