  1. Some time back, as in a few years, I had found a site where someone was selling metal cast auto and truck door handles in 1/25th scale. I have since forgotten the site and as that was a couple computers ago it's not saved on my browser. Therefore, does anyone know what that site is/was? I'd love to find it again. Thanks
  2. You'll be missed, Glad I got some stuff from him before he closed up shop.
  3. Yeah, from Romania that's pretty quick, thanks.
  4. Driptroit...How were the delivery times? Take very long??
  5. Manufactured by Frontier Resin and currently on eBay, It's not perfect but it's all we have.
  6. Their parts look good and they've some that I have been looking for for years. Just placed an order from their website. :-)
  7. Good idea but not enough of the body is left.....
  8. I've contacted Star and it's not currently available as are all of the panel trucks he has on his list. Hendrix, as was stated, lists everything that has ever been made in resin. Most is no longer available. Steve
  9. Greets; Does anyone do a resin 1950 (or so) Chevrolet Panel truck, stock, that could be used with the AMT 1950 Chevrolet Pick-up? I have so many ideas and pictures of trucks I'd like to build using this as a base. In fact any panel truck resin is hard to find.
  10. I'm using the Deserter kit to make a 4-wheel drive Civil Defense Suburban.
  11. Does anyone make this cab in resin? It's not my favorite COE but I need one for a project. Thx
  12. Cause the Pontiac Aztek is ugly as a mud fence??
  13. I saw some glow-in-the-dark paint the other day that would be a great "wash" for a finished kit just to give a hint of glow.
  14. I'm odder than you are.....STUDEBAKER Trucks!!
  15. It's all well and good to say, "When you see it, buy it cause it may not be there tomorrow." However, with the prices of some of the resin offerings, if you're modeling on a shoestring budget it's not always possible to purchase it when you see it and it takes time to save up for a certain item. I was unable to buy ANYTHING from Holthaus for just this reason and now Ken's thrown in the towel. Let's hope new resin casters show up to replace the ones we are losing. Steve Prange
  16. Got mine too. Looks great! Steve
  17. I'd love to see some Studebaker offerings. The 46-48 M-series with the vertical grille is a personal favorite of mine. The following one, the R-series is especially attractive and then there's the Champ that shared the front sheet metal with the Lark. Even before these was the gorgeous Coupe Express of 1937 vintage......fabulous. Steve
  18. I've bought several items from Curtis and while sometimes a little clunky in most cases it's all we have for certain subjects. Some that I want bad enough to go the extra to make it work. Steve
  19. These parts look great. I was looking at the Model Car Garage website thinking I'd go ahead and order the Chevelle/Beaumont photo etch set so I'd have it when I get these resin parts to make the Beaumont but I have a hard time justifying $22.00 for only the "Beaumont" script for the grille. That appears to be the only part that one would need out of that set. The individual letters for the back panel aren't in there so it's just that script you'd use. Can't see it......
  20. Just let me know when to order.....
