  1. I have never had a problem receiving an answer or an order. Quality products in a timely manner.
  2. Now THIS one I'll buy!
  3. How about something other than the big 3?? Studebaker, International, Willys......ANYTHING!!
  4. The one thing that always astounded me was that you could read the numbers on the speedometer and the radio face....somebody had to be blind because of that.
  5. I, too, have many colors of fingernail polish that I wish to use on cars. My question is how do you get the paint out of the bottle for airbrushing. All of the ones I have seem to have that sleeve inside the neck of the bottle that wipes the brush down to just having enough to paint a nail with. Of course, with that sleeve in there there's no way to pour the paint out so how do you guys get it out of the bottle??
  6. Which is why I e-mailled him and inquired. His answer was quick. He said anything I ordered would be 6 months out, so I refrained from ordering at this time. That's all it takes to avoid so much heartache.....
  7. Jeff, you just hang in there and put yourself first. If some peple can't wait till you get to it, to heck with them. I'd wager each and every one who orders has PLENTY to build till they gettheir stuff. I know I do. When you told me it would be 6 months before you could get to anything I'd order I held off. I have plenty to build in the queue. Steve Prange
  8. I would wager that Round 2 has the molds since they have, and use, all the Ertl truck kit molds.....
  9. I disagree. Why would you want it to liike no-one has cared about it for years. You KNOW Steve Bolander would have taken care of it after college (If he ever went).
  10. My Hands-Down favorite "car" movie.
  11. His stuff is Primo, that's for sure.
  12. Just ask Ertl they built a whole company around it.
  13. Scrwdrvr came thru for me again, thanks, buddy. Steve
  14. Replicas and Miniatures of Maryland has them in packs of 4. Part number P-154. Great quality, like all of Norm's parts.
  15. Well, it wouldn't matter if he did, if one ever became available I'd have to mortgage the house to be able to buy it.
  16. I have 2 of the Rookie Resin V-6 truck engines that I want to make into a GMC 702 c.i. V-12 that powered quite a few fire engines on this chassis. I too build fire apparatus.
  17. And thank you buddy, great trade!
  18. He's taking time off for family. Says he will be back.
  19. I need that one on the right.......
  20. My trusty Robart paint shaker died after many, many years of faithful service. Sometimes near the end it would lock up and I'd have to take the bottom off and nudge it along and then it would work fine for a while. When it did finally die I bought one of the silver fingernail polish shakers as pictured in the first post from Amazon. I haven't had it a long time and while it's a little bit noisier than the Robart, it seems to do a fine job.....jury's still out.
  21. I bet you'd be surprised at how popular a cab this would be. Might have to tackle it myself.
  22. Probably the IMC/Lindberg Dodge van.
  23. Do what you like but when it's the only game in town sometimes ya gotta grin and bear it. I couldn't really afford the Futurliner when I bought it but I'm sure glad I did otherwise I wouldn't have one. Cardinal rule of thumb with resin. Buy it when you see it because you might not see it again...Modelhaus being a PRIME example.
  24. I bought one of his Futurliner bodies and it really looks nice. Now to get all of the interior parts that are offered by Shapeways and I'll be set.
