Tom needs to post the other pics he has of that bus he built. To say it's awesome is a huge understatement!!!!!!! I have never seen a school bus built anywhere near the level of detail that Toms has. It belongs in a museum!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought this was kinda funny. I bought two Polar Lights Petty Torino's from Tower Hobbies back in November and one ended up being on back order. It was shipped about a week after the first kit. When it arrived here at my house, I never opened the outer shipping box. It just got set to the side. Yesterday I figured I better open it and put the kit with the rest of the other kits and when I opened it, it wasn't a Polar Lights Petty Torino, it was the AMT Vette Magazine two car kit!!!! I thought, hey that's pretty cool, two kits instead of just one!!!!! Then I saw that they were curbsides! Oh well, I may just trade this kit for something else. Does anyone else have this kit? If so, what do you think of it? Are the cars really detailed other than being curbsides? I'm leaving it sealed in case I want to trade it. http://www.google.com/imgres?q=amt+vette+magazine&hl=en&sa=X&tbo=d&biw=1024&bih=571&tbm=isch&tbnid=451gNNFnVzwE8M:&imgrefurl=http://round2models.com/models/amt/vette-magazine-kit&docid=TfSWxaDVGJ9ieM&imgurl=http://round2models.com/images/models/amt786/product.jpg&w=350&h=300&ei=U9vmUPScA-TI2wWC-YGICw&zoom=1&iact=rc&dur=140&sig=116305149286072071297&page=1&tbnh=142&tbnw=176&start=0&ndsp=16&ved=1t:429,r:0,s:0,i:90&tx=124&ty=86

LOL, Hi Jacobus. Sorry for tricking some of you. I just wanted to have a fun way of showing off my new toy. I hope to have my Ford W9000 cab ready soon. Eric will be casting and selling it as soon as it is ready. I just want it to be the best one ever offered. -

A 1/25 plastic model kit of the Blue Mule by AMT?
Ben replied to Ben's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Ok Larry figured it out! LOL I just wanted to see the reactions I'd get. I've always wanted this box and yes, I thought it would be really cool to go with my model whenever I get it built. -
Where to get a kit box shrink wrapped?
Ben replied to Ben's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Yes, I'm buying kits and taking them out of the box and then filling the box with cow cookies. I need to shrink wrap them so my victims.....I mean...buyers won't smell the cow cookies. I did try Google first as I always do but Google didn't know what Cow Cookies were. For further information on this, please refer to my initial post that clearly says "no, I'm not trying to swindle someone, I have a kit that I cherish and want to protect" -
Where to get a kit box shrink wrapped?
Ben replied to Ben's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Thanks for the tips guys, I'm checking them as you suggest them but no luck yet. I really want it to look like the factory shrik wrap the model companies use so everything is still visible and it doesn't constrict the box. Micheals sells the wrap itself but I don't own a hair dryer. By the time I buy a hair dryer, I could just havbe it wrapped. LOL -
