    I'm building the AMT 40 Willy's gasser I am building as the pick up and have a question about the bed.Does any one know if the locating pins on the sides go above or below the bed floor?The destructions are not clear.

    My GT was a 273 2bbl car but it was gone when i got it 25 years ago.I have a 340 six pac with a 904/manual valvebody /3.91 geared 8 3/4 rear.It's the car in my avatar.

    Ollies in Saginaw MI had the L700/trailer,Charger super bee,and 72 GTO kits plus a bunch of plains and tanks this morning when I was there.

    While not for modeling,I use thin ca as a finish on wood pens that I turn.Once it is opened.the cap never goes back on and have never had a bottle go bad.A bottle will last me about 6-8 months.

    Thanks for the heads up.I hope it is ok,the other kit on the shelf and was cruched and I wont buy a kit with that much trauma to the box.

    I went to Hobby Lobby with the wife today and she bought me the Super boss kit.I have not opened it yet but what should I look out for,any problem areas to mess me up?

    I dont call these cars gassers but built gasser style.....

    I call cars with the tall wheels (24-36 inch) clown cars,even my wife and grand kids call them out when ever we see them.
