  1. I could try. You just got a real big laugh outta me with that.
  2. I live in Dickinson. I've seen that bike in town a few times.
  3. Looks really good. My only criticism would be on the distributor- The firing order of the engine in 1:1 would require the wires to go different ways than just being neatly parted down the middle.
  4. Great looking car, and a great looking model of it. Good job.
  5. There's a remnant Jeepster grille in the newest release of the Jeep Commando, but the lights aren't quite positioned right, and the number of openings is wrong.
  6. Exact Detail 1:18 '70 Chevelle LS6 GMP 1:18 '89 Drag Mustang GMP 1:18 '93 Cobra R
  7. I like the stock 93 Cobra wheels, but those look great. Where are they from?
  8. Chuck is correct. And the AMT 454SS truck has a set of center bolt smallblock valve covers on its sprue due to it being based on the C1500 tool.
  9. Neal, that sounds like it was a real pain, but it sure looks good.
  10. A LHS around here sells sheets of it that are 3D. I've also heard you can peel the paper off one side of some drywall and scribe the bricks into the bare gypsum, but I've never tried it.

That's looking good, Markus. Coming along nicely.
  12. Cool! Who produced it? 1:64? The decals look great.
  13. AMT 58 Impala has a crank, but no other rotating assembly, IIRC. The Testors 1/24 scale garage diorama has smallblock Chevy engine internals, but I don't remember what the block looks like. I think the heads are detailed too.
  14. I think we all do. Pretty good collection there. I see a few I have, and a few I'd like to have.
  15. That's cool! I wish I had thought of it first...
  16. That makes no sense. The shipping is between the seller and the buyer. Ebay should leave their grubby hands out of that transaction. Ugh... Their empire will fall eventually due to their own greed.
  17. The advantage of good vision.
  18. I'll say it again here- that turned out great!
  19. That looks awesome, Tony! Really turned out great.
  20. I could tell ya when and where to go to cure that if you were in Houston...
  21. That turned out great. It's a sweet kit... I don't remember any problems on mine, except for stupid me accidentally laying the front bumper in a blob of Testors glue and marring the chrome... Yours looks very nice.
  22. I use an empty beer bottle with some water added to weigh it down. I stick the body over it, with the mouth of the bottle sticking up through the windshield, sunroof, or stick a roadster body over it. I also use an unopened soda can if it fits. I use lots of folded over blue tape for spraying small parts.
  23. Ah, yeah, you're right- that one's 1/25. Thanks, didn't know that.
  24. I think the ones I've seen are 1/24.
