  1. Sweet Little Hot Rod! 8)
  2. I know you'll hate me for this... That Judkins Coupe would be such a cool Hot Rod! Nice work on everything... You've got some great projects there.
  3. Great work (rush job or not!) The owners were probably blown away by it!
  4. Nice work! Maybe I should contract my paint out to her?
  5. Nice job! Must bring back memories of a simpler time, huh?
  6. Plastruct or Evergreen (forget which) makes hex rod in various sizes. You can cut pieces to represent bolt heads/nuts.
  7. Now thats a work truck... Cuz it really works for me! Very nice build, great chop, great color...
  8. Thanks for the recent interest in this post... Its an old one and the model is much farther along than shown. I'm staying with the kit interior... its already finished! I've been taking a break from it the last week or so. Here's the latest...
  9. IMO, The BEST... I've seen his work in person and its unbelievable!

    Badillac

Yep, I still like it! Sweet bodywork!
  11. Looks Great!
  12. As the Guinness comercial says... Brilliant!
  13. And if it still doesn't conform, use my buddy's trick... A hot, wet towel to steam it down. Hope this helps...
  14. Nice kitbashing! Welcome to the forum.
  15. Thats a great looking Hot Rod! You're right, though, the front is hard to figure out. Definitely not the double kit grill, too clunky. The 34 grill works, but leaning it like that (you're matching the cowl angle, right?) looks forced, also. Just for chuckles you should see if a upright 32 grill will fit between the frame rails, behind the front suspension. Hope you find an answer, because that model deserves to get finished!
  16. Beautiful car, very nice build!
  17. Man... Thats Beautiful! My Number 1 car that I'd like to see in my driveway!
  18. I'v found that the CF decals need microsol UNDER them to get them to lay down. The ink on top doesn't let the microsol get thru to the carrier. If you want to try it again, brush MS on the hood before laying down the decal.
  19. Lots of neat little stuff in there... seperate mats, map on seat, pack of smokes. Great detail work!
  20. no pics... but I got most of the painting done this weekend. I still need to detail paint the chassis and some interior parts. Oh yeah... I need to clear the body also. I'm hoping to do final assembly late this week!
  21. Another great save! That came out very nice!
  22. That one shined up nicely since last I saw it! Nice build!
  23. That went together nicely! I have to admit, I've seen several old kits built straight from the box lately, and I applaud the effort. Model building at its basics!
  24. My Fave is still my 29 Rat Rod Pickup... Everything about this build just fell together. I tried a bunch of new ideas, kitbashing like I hadn't tried before, paint techniques, etc... I also ripped the engine out af my finished Corvette Grand Sport to use in it!
