You should NEVER say the dreaded word "dust" & paint in the same sentence, 'tis a killing offense in some places.

A little trick from the full size car world, to remove tape residue, spray some WD 40 on a soft rag or tissue then rub the sticky gunk off & wash with warm soapy water. No film left, & won't bother fresh paint, or the plastic either.

Either a really great build, or a clean real one, but I think real.

I worked in a dismantling yard, & the owner also had a tow company, we picked up a clean '88 turbo coupe as an abandoned vehicle & ended up owning it (the owner never showed up. The boss had a wild hair for something different, & had a body man friend of his take the back half of a '92 Cougar roof (to get the near vertical window) & cut the 'Bird roof at mid door, grafted the pieces together, fabbed a 'glass tonneau cover for the "bed". Voila! Ford Turbochero, different, fun to drive, got lots of looks.

OK, I'll bite, real or model? I think it looks real,,, no the seats look kinda odd, lemme see what do I vote,,,,,,,,darn it the stupid quarter rolled under the bench & I can't tell what side is up! Oh well the cat meowed when I said model, so model it is.

I like it, that turned out quite nice, just for thought on the next one, the upper"trim?" on the back of the cab is the real difference between a32, & '34 P-cup. Just block it off, & presto change o, instant '32 truck! Also let us know if we can use the rear seat from the sedan as a replacement in the truck. Keep it up, great ideas.

Just the bumpers, for the short track racers in the crowd?

GREAT!, all of us short track racer types will want one with just the basic body & bumpers, Will it be possible?

Tires come from a mold too, (real ones that is) check out the next ones you buy before they're mounted. But I said model too for a different reason.

I'm gonna say model for this one, something about the windscreen doesn't look right. Am I the only one that thinks thid looks familiar?

Is he using the polyester hardener, or a liquid hardener for paint products? I don't see how the hardener for polyester resins (fiberglass) would help, but stranger things have been seen, but the liquid hardener/gloss additive you can get for enamel based paints might help as it is basically just a high gloss clear resin. I have found this stuff helps greatly in Testors paints & can be found at farm supply stores as an additive for equipment paints.

Gregg, you are obviously too busy to get to this build, what with all of your other projects, & the magazine. Sooo to show where my heart is, you can send it to me, & I will have something new to work on when I get the cast off my arm(elbow surgery again) & am down with the neck surger recovery.

Do you think if we all start to flood Revell's web site with requests that they might offer a few of the old hop-up kits again? I'd like to see the six twos, the injection, & maybe the 4-71, with a single Holley carb instead of the Hilborns.

The same method can be used using a "White Out" pen, they seem to cover a little quicker.

Looks awful modelish, & Harry didn't give us an option to enlarge it, so methinks he has something to hide. Sooo, I have to go model on this one, nice background on this one Harry, it would work great for some of my daughters on line photo shows for her model horses.

How many you need, Maisto makes it in 1/24th scale. They are popular for the great 18" tires, the last one I bought was $2.97 at Shopko.

Your bolts are on the"fender"? piece where it bolts to the front splitter, but it looks kinda thick to my poor eysight.

I'm probably wrong on this one, but the pannel seems a bit too thick where it joins up to the splitter. going MODEL this time.
