  7. This turned out great Chris.
  8. These are fantastic.
  9. Very cool and well done Greg.
  10. I read it and found it very interesting as I like learn about those stories. Just did not feel that my bad writing should be put near your good writing.
  11. The VA Va Vette was produced as someone on here restored one with changes. Not that I have looked on EBAY but I have seen the body before in a parts lot.
  12. Ray that is some nice work you did that Pat posted for us to see.
  13. It does seem like a waste, but if something happened 3/4 of the way through an order it is cheaper to regrind parts than to stop the press and start it over. A very time consuming operation. Not only that press time is scheduled in at plants and the next opening may not be in several months after you wait for the shop to fix the problem in the mold.
  14. Rob it is all about seat time. When I was in high school they told us it was a waste of time for us to get computers in school. They figured it would be money well spent to start teaching the younger kids and bring them up with it in school. PS I have 4 years on you. My old neighbor took a CAD class because he wanted to at 75 a lifelong fidler and a pretty smart guy. As far as What I would like to see a good early Falcon kit.
  15. That is interesting Art. Next door neighbor when I was a kid told me about how gas powered air compressors they had at Teledyne were like this. After a while as an adult I was thinking he was pulling my leg. They do exist. He was never in service so he had to see them there. They did build Jet Engine parts for the Government there.
  16. Nice work on your T. Let's see beat them by 17 hours and changed an engine on the way.
