My guess is that those are heater hose cut down the side and placed on the edge of the head light covers. Held in place with black tape or zip ties. Yes no grill on that car.

My family had a 55 Ford and then a 68 Ford bus we used as campers. The 68 we took all the way to both coast from here 1 mile North in Michigan. Spent a lot of time riding in that thing. I am liking your bus. I remember taking the seats out of the 68 all but the first one behind the drivers seat.

Everything is Revell or Monogram Just not sure why they would sit on this stuff when they really didn't have much to offer at Christmas time. Maybe the shipping container was lost at the docks.

Honestly there is nothing to look at under the hood of anything made in the last 20 years anyway. Even the high horse engines are all covered with plastic, hoses and coil packs.

Looks like they are going back to their old ways with an engine plate. Not a bad thing at all. 3D printed stuff is out there after all. Spend the engineering and tool money on making it look right and go together smoothly.
