  1. Lee I have found 1 of these at a store that is a little farther drive from me and 1 from the closest store to me. I have not seen another sense at any of the 4 stores around me.
  2. I wonder what it sold for? Cool looking car. Didn't someone build a model of the truck trailer and car awhile back.
  3. Why not get a piece of good hard wood that is longer?
  4. Went to Hobby Lobby and grabbed another Foose truck for Parts, 67 Camaro and 2 of the New 442'S. I checked the 442 and the A pillars are fine.
  5. Stopped into the Toledo store and found the new 442's have arrived. Now I have 2 at my house with good A Pillars. And a 67 Camaro.
  6. Jeff that looks like you have a nice winter project sorting out parts and bodies. Head down to Hobby Lobby and get some of the different size bags they sell by the Jewelry.
  7. Snow Plows and salt trucks around here right now.
  8. So why is this news now? The questions have been asked for awhile by normal thinking people for years. All of those questions have been swept under the rug for too long.
  9. It will have to be a 350 (1 ton) to be a wrecker. I do recall that as an option if sales went well.
  10. Wow this is well done and very cool.
  11. This is looking better and better. As far as the windshield frame, the bottom is the biggest problem to my eye. The bottom contour just needs some of Dave's magic touch , and maybe some of thos paperclip pins for mounting
  12. When I worked at a parts store back in 1988 there were a bunch of fake parts back then also. They were in the Brand name parts packaging .
  13. As far as a price for insurance, don't sell yourself short on the unbuilt and resin parts and kits.
  14. ICM did a few different bodies for the Model T I am hoping this is the plan for the Model A's. I do wish they would have picked a different body style other than what was already here.
  15. 100% BILL. Even people I know that are tech heads take more time finding a number that even has an address right there already. One good thing is the relatives that don't have your address can't just look in the book to send out invites for the bring a present parties.
  16. Looks great Mike. The whole top in gold would have been fine as this is a big car. Is there going to be gold and black writing on the doors?
  17. 5 years ago here in Michigan I got to see him live. Good show. Buddy Guy opened the show.
  18. Get up to the counter at Meijer put my goodies on the belt and half through my order the Cashier asks for my ID. What I ask? What did I buy that needs an ID at 56? I found the movie Cannonball Run for 5 bucks on DVD. The couple behind me around the same age also got a chuckle out of it.
  19. I seen that at the drive in with my buddy's family. I was not even a teenager yet.
  20. Dave. my buddy goes to the local fast food restaurant's by him for his internet. Just ask for the password and get a coffee or soda.
  21. The Hollywood movie makers have always had a hard time making movies about cars. Maybe that is why they like the EV'S so much. How many times have 5 and 6 hubcaps flew off of a car in a chase scene? How about when a car goes sliding in a corner and they use a different car for the stunt. not even the same brand of car. It had 4 doors anyway.
  22. You can't tell a story about the cars without talking about the Man himself. Most cars don't have 1.5 hours of interesting conversation for a movie to make money on. If you want a story about the Miura, that is a 30 minute after school special. Don't forget just because we would love an in depth movie on our favorite car, that swill not pay the bills.
