  1. Would a spoon test show this problem?
  2. Yes Chris I just called my old buddy Rick that is has been a body man for decades. He said he had or has in his barn something from Kirby. He goes to Hersey so he may have sold it.
  3. I like this.
  4. This I find interesting and how does it work? From the link above. Once the bodywork was done, the car was painted in a one off mix, copied from a Union 76 oil called Royal Triton Purple. The car was painted with more then 40 coats of lacquer using a vacuum cleaner.
  5. Yes , hurts just looking at your hard work gone.
  6. Ken I can say people have asked about this engine in the past in resin, not wanting to buy a kit. Just not sure how many you would sell.
  7. Tyler this is one Sharp Dressed Car.
  8. Sweet!
  9. Re that would be awesome. They are here every now and then for this ride. I live about 40 minutes from Willow Run where they built the B-24 Liberator.
  10. Stopped in to Hobby Lobby and they had nothing new, so i picked up another Foose 56 Ford pickup. They do have the last boxing of the 34 Ford truck from Lindberg that I do not recall seeing the last few times I was there. I also stopped at our last local hobby shop and I picked up a 56 Tim Flock Chrysler 300B from Moebius.
  11. Looks like Fords racing History is repeating itself again. They are only all in, for a few years then they jump out again. I am sure it is a money deal again.
  12. Russell what about the custom roof from the 57 Thunderbird, or the 289 cobra? 2 different roofs one may work.
  13. Looks nice in Black. Nice work.
  14. Wow that is nice.
  15. I get what you are saying about the speed, but all we hear about is safety from the announcers at every race. I am sure hitting a wall at 145 - 165 is safer than 180 - 195.
  16. Very cool.
  17. These look good and it is a good idea to add these to a base for showing you models.
  18. Bill thank you for the better pictures. I had no idea that this was masonry work inside. The pictures I have looked at were from a friend that was there. They were not this bright and I thought it was all wood and plaster. This is the facade I was talking about, as I know the attic is never seen by the visitors.
  19. You are getting better. Looks good.
  20. Yes Bill. The steel frame inside could be made to look like wood with many different materials.
