I get what you are saying about the speed, but all we hear about is safety from the announcers at every race. I am sure hitting a wall at 145 - 165 is safer than 180 - 195.
Bill thank you for the better pictures. I had no idea that this was masonry work inside. The pictures I have looked at were from a friend that was there. They were not this bright and I thought it was all wood and plaster. This is the facade I was talking about, as I know the attic is never seen by the visitors.
Price point is going to make or break this version. They have had enough performance for long time now. I liked the C7 except for the Camaro tail lights. I also like the looks of the C8 that we can see through the camo.
I do not think it will sell below 65K ( I hope I am wrong)as a New GM Pickup cost the same decked out. They are getting into the super car with the Mid Engine car. They were already knee deep but now they are getting their head wet as they say.
Steve this is a good question about the price of the Corvette. With so many different models hard to tell. I think the fastest one a ZR1 or something like that is north of 130 loaded. I just read a story from the fall on the price but can not remember what it said. Enough rambling I am thinking the new model will all start north of 100G with the ZR whatever they call it being close to 200G. You have to pay for the design work.
We had a warm spring day on Tuesday, the coolest thing I spotted was a Little Red Express truck on the way to lunch at 9pm. Too dark for a pick and I was driving. The kid riding along was clueless to what it was, he is 29. LOL
