  1. Don was diehard Wagon Mafia member. I hope he and Carol are ok and well. Miss them prob more than the biz, and that’s a lot.
  2. It’s probably rearing up like a horse for blinding acceleration. ??‍♂️??
  3. Oooh. Superfly/Kotter thing. Ugh. Perfect kit to resurrect like Nova sw, 64 Cutlass. Sry. I’m old. Thank you
  4. Had to Dave. ? You can’t fight in here, it’s a War Room!
  5. I don’t recall GP based custom? Odd custom stuff in 65 GP. Which kit?
  6. Wish there was wood for the Del Rio. Decals fine. Just like 2 doors better. Cool kit though.
  7. Hard to make a 996 uglier and more unreliable, but there ya go. At least they didn’t convert the 964 to another long hood or Stinker. Ruf only tuner I like anymore.
  8. More weight in back. Just what it needs. ?
  9. Kitchen floor series. ????
  10. Pretty uncommon. It and 56 Buick HT amongst last issues from them. Couple others I can’t recall. Neat model.
  11. Yep. Googled it.
  12. Excellence series maybe? Nomad 57 65 GTO. something like that anyway
  13. Fred Sterns has a lot of recent stuff, not always latest but minty, reasonable, and great service. In Buffalo. Mail order/phone orders. Has older stuff and builders too.
  14. 70’s Dodge pickups, 73-80’s Nascars, all the Moebius stuff, street C5/6 vettes, AM Grand Sport Vettes, and stuff I’ve forgotten. That’s not addressing the why did I buy that kits.
  15. Good oem LEDs have proper beam, reflectors, and auto adjust. Add on or non standard Led/xenon’s stink. Those are the blinding glare ones. I drive a lot where there isn’t lighting. None. So headlights matter. Used to put Cibies in everything decades ago, like Dan said it’s reflector. I’d be dead now if it weren’t for great headlights. That and traction control for high powered cars. Rest of it is wants not needs. Clear user interface necessary too. BMWs are awful now, used to be amongst best. 50+#/wheels stink too. Just glad we have pretty good cars in garage.
  16. 8 year old thread. No kit. Can’t get workbench into new place’s door. Accepts money. Refuses to take easier route unavailable 8y ago. Won’t partner with enthusiast to get it done. Pretty much moot point now. #nevergonnahappen. SMH.
  17. M2, Matchbox all have tons of stuff.
  18. Yep. And valance has trumpets in it. No fender trim yet but they’ll get it nailed. Thanks Steve.
  19. 1/18 or 1/64 diecast sort of cheating, but painting and rest of diorama offsets. Pretty sure all available in those scales and easier to fake it in 1/64. ?
  20. It’s the wheels. Rest functions ok and isn’t heinously fugly. Mall crawler wheels have to go. ??
  21. I was being facetious, everyone will not drive EV’s. Can’t afford them, and tradesmen as you said rely on vehicles. And we can’t all rely on grid. Myopic dream of all EVs. Bill, you’re smart enough to not have X300. Series 3 pretty cars. Wife had VdP SC for a couple years. X350 better but still. Audi or owner should Lemon law that fright pig. ????‍♂️
  22. Right to repair huge issue that won’t be addressed well. Farmers have similar problem with John Deere. Not like you can drag a dead combine to the shop. And I’m sure every tradesman will run out and buy an electric truck. And pay over msrp. Bill you type faster than I. Lol.
