@SteveG Thanks, hypothetically ??? of course. Parts pack would be nice, old and new stuff. 7 light bars silly. Low line and in car pretty much the standard here. I really think shadow decals would be easy and cheap, off white and silver. Can do a lot with decals alone nowadays. I’m far from expert, but this would get me to buy one.

Btw, they call those marked cars ?? Zoom in on L corner rear glass of Tahoe. Yep, that’s the marking. Bexar County Constable.

What would YOU like to see as a model
keyser replied to JeroenM3's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Ixo does awesome 1/24 scooters that are reasonable. Parts pack price or so. HD, Duc, Speed Triple,…. Maisto had great 1/24 HD series too. Police Electraglide, early stuff, search ‘bay. I’d like to see Current F1 cars with all new rules. Should last a bit. Recent GTi, E63 wagon, Lucid, and new VW e-Bus. -
Friend got written for trying to evade. Atty got thrown out. Bogus. Car guy commander friend (modded gt350 track) agreed I told my kids flashers on, slow down, go to nearest place with lights and people. Interior lights on. Ask for supervisor, polite, but blame dad. And we’re not of color. It’s complete BS and it’s rampant here. I support LEO’s, but it’s nothing but revenue. I called couple in once, it was private car/bike. Did nothing even when I called IA. Back on topic, sorry, I really think this stuff would be welcome in the Charger. Hope pics helped. Toss in Camaro reissue or Mustang(wrong guys right idea).

Agree. Needed bad guy I guess. But not that big an antagonist IRL
-
Yep. Here they even use shadow on patrol Exploders and Tahoes. Chargers revenue primarily. BSA seems to require Exploders a lot. DPS loves them tahoes. County guys out in boonies by me use unmarked pickups with headache racks. Some with crates for K9’s. I’m careful coming up on stuff at 100+. Never get anywhere timely at less. Great brakes help.

She ended up with cannibal boy at some point. ???♂️??

Kit is ancient. Not worth tooling money, and I’d guess Germans and even myself don’t get this thing.

@SteveG Here’s some photos of state of art stuff First two Ka band, next 2 handheld Laser (can’t use moving), last is hidden takedowns. Know thine enemy. Window tint nice idea too. Theirs is darker than legal, of course.
-
@SteveG “Shadow lettering” that my locals use with no light bars just inside glass takedowns and small strobes around plate area would be fun/cheap inclusions. Locals are very sneaky in this part of TX. Ka or K band boxes good add. Nobody uses X band anymore. Laser gun for seat or side mount for stationary use only requisite too. Revenue cars. Zero prevention. Forgot. Non reflective. No front nor rear ID, and normal plates. Charger funny. Cop was very unhappy I took photo. Cars are SAPD, County, and Constanbles.

Lol. Too many, never enough. And not on sale/stocked/right box art.

ICM models and the Ukraine.

Yeah. I’m a Staggerwing whore, so I’ve popped Rodens versions. Amodel does 1/72 exec jets, I’ve gotten a few. Need to grab G550 soon. Great aerobatic stuff, Eagle, Yak50 Is Sword from there also? They did 1/72 Staggerwings. ? Just hope people there are safe, able to live and thrive somewhere. Braver souls than us. -
That’s not fair to Palmer. ?

I recalled how disappointing the B20 was. B24 Spider stellar. Amilcar, Jag Mk 1 with full spats, number of others would have been great.

Your favourite Box art

Mostly rally for 4d, some jdm races. Trans Am under 2.5 were 2 doors, crushed it. Hence BRE 510. Killer cars, had 4w irs, handled great. I had one in 70’s, punched way above its weight. Still love’em. Fun ref for them https://www.thedrive.com/news/40754/a-bar-room-book-excerpt-from-the-stainless-steel-carrot-one-of-racings-greatest-stories -
Fernando Pinto has sets that work. Ping him, I’ve gotten extras for other projects from him. Useless tire trivia F1 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Formula_One_tyres Era when drivers were fat, and tires were skinny. ??

ICM models and the Ukraine.

I just hope the people don’t lose lives, families, all of it. It’s grim. ?? Some great companies there. A-Model, ICM. Suspect they’re rubble. -

Of course the tach still has redline at 4 o’clock. Few rotate it. First thing day one. Oslo blue cool. Rest of it is waste. Ugh. -

NC Miata retractable ht starting point. Umm, it’s a car, for sure. Huge doors and windshield on tiny car. Odd effort. Rather have a Beck Speedster, tonneau, and rain poncho. Perfect example for stopping to see what end should look like. ??♂️?? -
Bill, hate to tell ya but ugly in proportion still is ugly. Woof. Haven’t seen that car in a long time.
