  1. WM does it to everyone. Ugly but Amazon also squeezing them. Bad for small business great for the omg 40% off isn’t enough gang. Funny yesterday in news blurbs on gas prices, people drove many miles to save $.05. Hey kids, you burned more than that driving around and sitting in line for hours. Hope hours of your life worth that huge savings. In LHS, tempting to arbitrage prices at WM to stock shelves. Takes time but accomplices handy I’d hope. Suspect some EBay weasels do exactly that. ??‍♂️?
  2. When I zoomed to look at Wolverine, the lines are there. I’d say Artistic License. Not a lot of T-tops in EU then or now.
  3. Wolverine drives a T/A? ?
  4. https://customrodder.forumactif.org/t1424-ala-kart-george-barris A couple of maybes in thread for Injecta’s. Some pics I’d not seen. Dave your Bonediggers article and your photo albums have been fun and inspiring over years. Thank you
  5. I bet a caster is lurking waiting for parts to cast. Hmm.
  6. Barris who?
  7. Valve covers should be Dodge Red Ram iirc not Firepower.
  8. Neat truck. Insane price. https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1970-ford-f-250-22/
  9. Useless Jag trivia- chrome indicators on fenders feature of early alloy cars. Steel cars even SE (aka M) had the faired in trafficators. DM did great job on that. Nice hits Gary.
  10. Someone buying at HL at msrp is a sign of the apocalypse you know. ?
  11. Absolutely. They’ll only sell for 40-45% over book now. ??‍♂️
  12. Does that later issue Cameo have the corrected cab windowsill? Original 55 had rear sloping sill. 57 Stepsides had correct cab but unsure of stockers. Nice haul.
  13. Original held up well. New one looks great.
  14. Can’t believe it’s 20y since blue touring came out. Great chassis, slides under 23 T Van, just fiddle cowl and stock 23 hood. Fits under Model A’s well too. Tim Boyd has used it in some builds. Moving fuel tanks inboard iirc gets clearance for one or other, forget which. Hali’s look great on them. Ahead of its time. Stripping chrome off suspension helps assembly a ton. Nice article. Remember when it was on cover of R&C.
  15. Regular 2kGT’s are 1.0. History, I’d be surprised if it doesn’t do 2+ Good racer, useable, and won’t go down in value. Ever. If I had it, I’d own it, or try.
  16. 48 Jeepster a sporty uv. Station wagon Jeep and early Suburban too. Woodies part of it, suv but not off-road by common definition. Then again, off road for most is gravel driveway or dirt road.
  17. Like the new Avatar. Hope those guys, Amodel, everyone there will be safe, well, and free. Mk.2 Scirocco. Great looking car, runner with 16v
  18. All 4 kits in the GSM series had great box art and wheels.
  19. Cool. Always the breathing archive. Never had this batch, looked at them though. Thx Mark and Casey, yet again.
  20. Yep. Same with AMT Turnpike cars, but they didn’t smile and wave.
  21. Just because you CAN doesn’t mean you SHOULD. Lol. 71 annual MPC all had Zinger-like add ons.
  22. Weren’t they in the Mustang 2 and something else? Doubt 49 merc front spindles will hold up to play action. ???‍♂️ New Avatar awesome.
  23. But I don’t have any dimes!
