  1. It was announced. In one of these threads.
  2. The 67-8 300 cvts were rare even new. I got a 67 coupe new, tried that and following year for convert, no joy. Always liked 67 rear, and 68 hidden HL front. 68 ht reissued around Oldies period, and 68 convert promo at same time.
  3. I have this one as well. It’s available in red, but loses charm. The chartreuse is much better. Wish it made it back.
  4. I always like a nice pair of Tatras. 1:24 diecast available.
  5. 65 Merc wagon that had turning front pass seat and wraparound couch in back. Was a factory showcar at one point. Preceded the one in earlier post.
  6. So 2 Bond Mustangs, from both R2 and GR? Odd. So Airfix (good), Aurora (no), Doyusha (Aurora+), and now German Revell. Hmm
  7. Pulp prices went nuts during pandemic. No in office work so far less paper to recycle. Friend is in the biz and it’s still more difficult. That pesky flu started dominos falling. ??‍♂️
  8. That’s a 60 Merc kit, not promo. Looks minty. Nice find, I love these compared the preceding years.
  9. Not nuts. Fun for you is build to that level. Awesome, few get there. Kind and generous. We share tastes, and are fortunate enough to swing some kits like these. But hunt, and the build more fun. Hourly rate for build like that would be high. Consider it cheaper and more fun than a therapist ???
  10. Thread is 2y old *Jeff B posted in it in 2020. Put me off buys then. He’s got great stuff, but useless when you have nothing, he or whichever caster, there’s more than one, has your money. ??
  11. Fumes can’t help much either. Though Don, Carol, Norm, and Brad pleasantly normal.
  12. ????????????…breathe..?????????? Yep, CK restrained. First thing I think of. Hadda wipe off my phone. Ya owe me a Coke Zero.
  13. Don’t see that color very often. Bumpers not awful to find.
  14. That’s a big “That’ll Buff Out” collection ?
  15. With a wimpy little hitch ball. Prob same kind of anatomy too. ??‍♂️?‍?
  16. Great work. The LeSabre and the Y-job are hugely significant cars, yet not kitted. Hot wheels did nice LeSabre ages ago, and a Mint did nice 1/24 LeSabre. But prior to that, only a hugely rare pricy Japanese tin replica. Y-job gaping hole in scale. You have awesome skills, a joy to see the diversity, and coincides nicely with my interests. Keep them coming. ???
  17. Shelby design basis, and fortunately, better lawyers than Halicki estate. Gone #1 Eleanor not pursued, just second one. That’s how I’d structure case, they used Eleanor on several cars, not one design. Seems like that’s what they did. Not an attorney, yadayada. Lol.
  18. The roof ribs were not on original Chevy van, or retool. Only A-Team They retooled to dump optional windows and add porthole option after (I think) Open Road. Right around the time the Van stuff went nuts. The GMC van never had rear door windows, nor side windows. It does have the original early Chevy grille in the second issue. I have both issues of A-team, and I think the first issue (mine anyway) had no chrome. I’ll have to go to the crypt to find them, I know I had all the early Chevies (Rescue, Drag ‘73, Open Road). I didn’t have Police Van. The side windows disappeared with maybe Sunchaser/Aquarod issues in 77-8?
  19. Aerotrain and Ski-Drag for the win.
  20. The tow bed came before fire truck. 67/8 both had it and the crude lift crane in them. Fire truck appeared x1 in 69 annual MPC iirc
  21. But did you guys ever do pads and rotors on the 100LS? Sorry about your loss, but best part is you had time and life. Huge. ??
  22. Blackwalls and rear mount spare ftw. Nice restos
  23. Packard, 47-49-ish. Bathtub. I think it’s a 48 Standard coupe, not a Super or Deluxe
