Leader Light replication

Looking forward to how you do the lights. The ones I have seen while not functional were done with decals and looked in scale. -

Thanks Matt. Around 2008 all of the GT1 competition left and it was only the Corvettes racing themselves. Corvette Racing changed to the GT2 class around that time which was based more on the stock ZR1 Corvette. This is the GT2 car from the 2012 LeMans race. The decals are from Pattos Place. The body was one mastered by Jay Savarese. I got mine from a friend in Houston. I don;t think the body is available anymore so you would have to make your own based on the ZR1. The chassis, engine and interior is from the C6R kit with modifications to fit the body. Hope this helps.

Thanks Albert. I didn't take any pictures since this was done just to get away from the detailed build I usually do. I wanted to do the GT2 car for a long time but missed out on the bodies when they were 1st available. Got this one from a friend when I was at the Houston show in August and started from there. I will be glad to help you with any questions on how I did mine. But you will need the regular (non race) Corvette kit for some of the parts like the windows and tailights. Here are a couple of more pictures of the finished car.
