  5. I played this at work today [NAPA] and at the 260 MPH mark when it started climbing at 1 MPH increments I looked around me. Slack jaws on every face. There was some discussion afterwards and to a man they were all impressed. Amazing performance. Bob
  6. Tuned in to watch the master bring something unique into this world. It's always a pleasure Ira. Bob
  7. Sweating the little poop is what this build is all about Chris. Do it till you're satisfied, as the song goes. I enjoy you toiling over every detail till they are perfect since the end result will be what I can only state will be an utter masterpiece. These air dams are almost there bro. And since they are prominent to the car they must be like every other piece you have fashioned. Done right and to the standard you have set. Bob
  8. No superlatives left....... just drool..... Bob
  9. What an eye burner!!! Fantastic paint bro. Bob
  10. Honestly John!! Cooler than the other side of the pillow. Bob
  11. I can understand that feeling very well indeed. I used to deal comic books. When I first started I knew very few of the dealers [= to Moebius' position]. I would get tables in the most remote places of the hall, and never of my choosing. I paid my dues [not suggesting they have not, nor should] and things got better. But considering it's an "insider" type show, and Moebius' reputation for quality I would expect dealers to seek them out anyway. I wonder how big that check they have to cut is..... Bob
  12. You know what? I can see it... Precious metal and gems. The scoop is clearly meant to come off and is in a few pictures. The photographer put it on backwards for shots of it in place. It can go on correctly from what I can glean. Let's face it folks. There are people out there with money to burn and places to show off such opulence.I actually think it is beautiful in it's color scheme regardless of whether G,B&P ever had such a scheme [clearly it's the yellow car.] For me it's just another example of someone with an enterprising mind figuring out a way to loosen some coin from those who have more than they need. Bob EDIT: Looks like the belt is missing. OOPS.....
  13. I'm loving it Harry. I too have quite a bit of that Plastruct and K&S laying around. It has come in handy on every build i have done over the last few years. Indespensable. Oh BTW, the build is looking killer. Bob
  14. Glad to help. Bob

  16. I'm working on that very same car. Looks good. Bob
  17. Always one in the crowd. We are clearly having fun at his expense and I love everything about it. You put yourself out there on the internet by choice JB.. Call yourself a "Pro" no less and it's what he deserves in no uncertain terms. Poorly executed, underwhelming builds like this that actually get money make me want to put something on eBay to see what I could fetch for a build a tad better than that. I think I could do it guys!! I really do.... Bob
  18. Nice job but wrong spot as this is a WIP. Bob
  19. Good Lord that's stunning!!! Paint color choice is Poyfect. Execution is flawless..... WOW......... Bob
  20. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You had me at Viagra...... Beautiful. Bob
  21. Mad attitude on that one. Great build. Bob
  22. Love that movie and this is a great build Jim, I'm digging the accuracy of that cage and the plexiglass divider too.. That is a scary car and you have done it justice bro. Oh yeah guys. Trade with Jim. You'll be glad you did. Bob
  23. Every one is as beautiful as the next. Your talent with paint serves you well as the finishes are exceptional. Bob
  24. I worked on quite a few of those years ago. I didn't know there was a kit available. Nice color combo too. Bob
  25. LOL!! Larry... The headless theme was not on the table. I'm having a heck of a time painting the stripes on the helmet. I may have to use decal stock cut to the appropriate shapes. I have made a few go's with the paint brush and they were less than stellar. The Snake has red and blue stripes as you know and they are also wavy. Plus there is a 3/4 round with the snake in it in the very front. The decal sheet has the mini snake but nothing else, so it all must be either hand done or the way I'm thinking with decal stock. Bob
