  1. That sounds like the 550 count card boxes I've bought in the past at sports card stores. Perfect fit for 1/25th and 1/24th scale kits, very sturdy. There are eBay sellers w/ them, as well as online box sellers like Uline and BCW..here is the link to this box at BCW.. http://www.bcwsupplies.com/550-card-storage-box
  2. One would assume they secured the movie licensing rights early on in the product development...
  3. Agreed...a stock DB5 would be great regardless...a DB11 would be nice to see also.
  4. This is not a political site.....keep your putrid politics to yourself, kid.
  5. It's with your posts, on the left side...
  6. I did...on Facebook, the profile photo appears to be a guy about 50. Same name, same city/state...
  7. I checked the name and city/state 'ModelKitBuilder' is using, and on Facebook they are a middle aged guy, so I'm suspicious of the claim of being 17...
  8. Since the DB5 has been used in several recent Bond films (such as Skyfall), the movie angle is still relevant.
  9. According to the article, built for coffee plantation use in Brazil...not sure of the rationale of the aerodynamic bodywork...
  10. 'Mallot' is a style of women's bathing suit, I think..I think they meant 'mallet' like a large hammer.
  11. Actually, you are the one that should leave..this is an established model builder forum, what are you bringing to the table? Nothing...we have no proof you are anything you claim to be...go back to playing Nintendo or other things that teenagers do, if you really are one. You have the gall to use 'ModelKitBuilder' as your username and yet you don't build? Fake, fake, fake...
  12. Well, there is 'railing', which one meaning of is the hand holds on the side of stairs, etc. And there is 'rallying', which is a form of motorsport. There is no word 'ralling' in the English language that I know of... Edit: according to the Urban Dictionary, there is a slang term 'ralling' for taking Adderall, but that is a different context.
  13. Got one of those also..and an extra MPC '68/69, so maybe I'll do one to match the box art eventually..
  14. Another recent goof--the Round 2 reissue of the Lindberg '67 Cutlass spells it as 'Cutless' on the box art.
  15. Probably want to use the suspension from the Lindberg '97...it's a 4x4.
  16. I remember buying kits from the Winn Dixie grocery in Marathon, Florida when I was a teenager there in the 80s. Might be the only time I saw models in a grocery. I vaguely recall getting models at a small town Ohio hardware store in the '80s also...
  17. I have enough models to build for several decades...got to back into building instead of just buying.
  18. Sounds fake...the guy has no interest in the hobby, so what is the point..and a high school kid? Riiiight...as a professional software engineer that builds corporate websites, I can't take seriously some kid that says they are a 'marketer' 'building websites'... probably just WordPress or Squarespace pages..
  19. Reminds me of the 'spoof put-on' parts from the 1971 'Mild and Wild' MPC kits.
  20. Way cool. Something unexpected and different.
  21. Discount Drug Mart in New Philadelphia, Oh was my source for a lot of models in the 80s when I was home in the summer or home visiting from college in the 90s.
  22. Saw a sign that Spring is only 8 weeks or so away...saw people out and about in shorts and t-shirts when I went out to lunch today.
  23. When I bought the Greenlight 1/24th, I bought an extra with plans to do a stock one...maybe in a typical mid 70s green or brown...
  24. Of course if Revell did it, the body would suffer from multiple inaccuracies, given their recent track record...
