  1. Things exist within a certain reality context.
  2. My late older brother owned a '65 GTO in 1980..it was gold w/ a black interior, had wheelcovers IIRC. I remember what a nice interior it had.. I have old photos somewhere. Slotted wheelcovers like this perhaps.. I remember riding in that car (I was 10 at the time) w/ my brother & my Dad and hearing on the radio that Steve McQueen had passed. My brother was upset, he had been a big fan... it was brother's 2nd Pontiac after a '74 Firebird Formula 400 (dark blue w/ blue & white interior).
  3. Rules are made to be bent or broken when appropriate.
  4. Post and beam is a type of construction.
  5. Interesting battery location. My Jeep has it under the passenger seat.
  6. Batteries definitely seem to last longer in colder climates...my '14 Jeep has it's original battery, still starts fine. Quite a contrast to when I lived in Arizona and batteries rarely lasted more than 2 to 2 1/2 years...
  7. I’m sure there is some sort of internal codes for the Charger Pursuit that the dealers know of. Loads of pics available on Stellantis fleet website and elsewhere. https://pictures.dealer.com/carsondodgechryslercllc/01f249a20a0e09a70d26a0de36bfddee.pdf
  8. standard R/T has 245/40ZR 20s. R/T Scat Pack have the above, 270/40 ZR 20s optional. R/T Scat Pack widebody and SRT Hellcat have 305/35 ZR 20s.
  9. Looking forward to the R/T, hope they do a widebody Scat Pack or Hellcat eventually.
  10. I think so...looks like these kinda.. Though I'm used to seeing these wheels below also on Charger police cars, like the Ohio Highway Patrol ones.
  11. Nice..must not be too far off then.
  12. Maybe it will be set in 2022, and Frank Bullitt will drive a dark green Mustang Mach-e and the villains a black Hellcat Charger... that would be cool.
  13. Actually, hubcaps are 'dog dishes'...'dog dish' is just a slang term for hubcaps. You are thinking of wheelcovers which cover the full wheel.
  14. I built the Thunder Z kit as a kid and built to look just like the box art...still have it, got to dig it out take a pic. Left it as is. Looking forward to the stock '81 kit, never had that one.
  15. The Powell pickup is a very obscure subject...can't imagine it selling very many copies.
  16. I remember as a teenager building this kit when it came out and disappointed it had the engine and interior carried over from the '83 and didn't match my 1:1 '87 GT. Picked up another one last summer, unbuilt and cheap.
  17. Wouldn't surprise me if that one comes back eventually, along w/ the Indy Drag Combo w/ the Chevy II wagon and Chevy II drag coupe.
  18. My Grand Cherokee owners manual is packaged like that, even has its own shelf in the glovebox. I think I’ve only looked at it once in 5+ years…
  19. "Here we are now, entertain us"
  20. I think that was one of the largest selling cars in the US at one time. Robert Burns' Too Many Projects is a good source for 3D printed colonnades.
  21. It's a '56, I'd assume it's the old 1/24th Monogram full detail kit. The only '57 Thunderbird snap kit in the RoG catalog I know of was a 1/32nd Revell..
  22. It's a reissue of this, a Snap Kit from the early 80s.
  23. Would be pretty much a totally new tool...not much about the NASCAR car kit is stock.
