  1. Whomever made the box mock-up probably marked it as 1/24th for consistency since the other kits in the RoG Bond series are 1/24th.
  2. Love those ‘71/72 Plymouths. Would definitely to see them reissued. Built the yellow ‘71 RR reissue back in ‘88, found a few more of those and a couple ‘71 RR annuals, along w/ the ‘71 GTX and ‘72 RR about 20 years ago on eBay.
  3. Not since the mid 70s. The video shows the hood molded in, and he mentions early in the video it can be cut out.
  4. The Street Machine version of the ‘68 El Camino apparently had mini tubs in the rear, or so I’ve heard. I’ve only had the stock version so I don’t know.
  5. I am wondering what pickup they are issuing. They have a photo of a 1:1 stock Chevy fleetside 4x4, which the old Revell kit definitely isn’t. There is the Chevy 4x4 stepside which was reissued a few years ago and the GMC fleetside 4X4 (both Monogram 1/24th). Could make a Chevy fleetside easily enough with a grille swap…
  6. Note that it says CJ-7. Just a reissue of the Monogram CJ-7, I’d assume. And the photo of a 1:1 they used is straight from the Wikipedia article on the CJ-7.
  7. In the future.
  8. Reminds me, I have a builtup '60 Edsel convertible kit that has a '61 Impala interior and chassis...got it in a collection about 30 years ago in decent shape.
  9. Lots to look forward to from Round 2...looking forward to the Coronet convertible, '66 Mustang, the reissue of the '66 T-Bird (looks like it has some new/restored parts), the Sodbusker pickup, the GTO recreations, etc..
  10. Different trim levels. The lower trim had 2 headlights, the higher trim had 4 headlights...
  11. 1981
  12. So with the usual delays, the GTO and Mustang probably won’t be out until March or later..
  13. There is a kit of the TDF Pointer from one of the Japanese kit makers, I think.
  14. Barrett-Jackson was always fun...I think I went at least a dozen times to the Scottsdale event between 2000 and 2017.. a lot of walking, a lot of interesting cars. Sensory overload. I went to a few of the R-M and Gooding & Company auctions over the years also when I lived there.
  15. ...and the new AMT '21 Charger R/T kit looks like it has a nice 5.7 in it.
  16. I heard back from him on the 18th and placed my order. He told me the same thing. No worries.
  17. Got a couple new Chargers in the mail today. Been looking forward to these.
  18. That would be the smaller six, the 250. The S&H kit has a V8.
  19. Been snowing off and on since around 10 am here in NE Ohio... got 2-3 inches or more on the ground so far. Still snowing.
  20. I’d assume it would be an F250 or F350. A cad rendering of a Moebius F series wrecker is somewhere in a thread on the forums, from a couple years ago when their planned future variations were shown…the truck with snow plow came out recently, a 4x4 w/ modern off road accessories is coming, etc. o
  21. That's technology...constantly evolving, moving forward..I get a new iPhone every 24-36 months. A good laptop (Mac), though will last me 5-7 years before becoming too old for a daily use machine. And with the constant updates and new features in cabin tech, cars become obsolete pretty fast. My Jeep is a 2014, only has 70k miles but is feeling a bit dated inside as far as the nav system, etc compared to the new ones. Will trade up sooner or later...
  22. Sign 'o the times--saw a ragged Tesla Model S (covered in road salt, cracked rear bumper duct taped) w/ a 'STUDENT DRIVER' sign...a kid learning to drive in an EV.
  23. It does looks pretty slick... better than previous generations, the styling of which varied from dowdy to bizarre...
