  1. AMT did a '97 2wd....IIRC it had a 1:1 regular cab longbed on the box in blue... they also did a SnapFast extended cab in red.
  2. Looks like a 1959 Continental front bumper.
  3. I built that one as a kid also in the early 80s...was disappointing. I still have it, a bit worse for wear but complete..dug it out of my bedroom closet in my childhood home a few months ago when I was cleaning the house out before putting it up for sale. Recovered about 150 models that I built from around 1975 to 1990, some mint unbuilt, some build well, some damaged..got them all in my basement, plan to go through them this winter.
  4. I pay all my bills electronically, only use one stamp (and check) a month to pay my yard service. And stamps for voting by mail. Other than that, using a stamp has been a rarity for me for a decade or more.
  5. Speaking of Acuras, I'd love to see a Legend coupe, either generation. My sister had a first gen in gold like the gold one below, I drove it occasionally years ago, was a sweet car...and I like the 2nd gen also..
  6. I wonder if it’s available in that dark green I’ve seen the RS5 and RS7 in.
  7. A retool of the MPC '80 Duster to a make a Dodge Aspen R/T would be neat.
  8. The slotted wheels on the white version look like they might be the same style as came with the red 'Street Rat' version of the '66 Malibu flip-nose?
  9. Interesting. How about some 1/25th bags of trash or trash cans to go with the new garbage truck kit?
  10. Stiff suspension can be great at the track or a winding road, but uncomfortable on rough roads.
  11. Automation of manual processes can have unintended side effects.
  12. Minefield could be a hazardous place to walk.
  13. Looking forward to this, looks better than the Taycan IMO.. I am surprised that we haven't had EV kits before now...a Tesla Model S or X would have been nice..maybe licensing issues.
  14. Just a rebox of the Lindberg tooling. Can’t imagine anything has changed as far as the tooling.
  15. They are very nice. I had preordered a couple sets from the USPS website a while back, also got a couple ones on matts to frame for my office (the Cougar and Mustang).
  16. Beautiful build..love those old Johans
  17. And in recent years they have consolidated..the dealer in Phoenix I bought my current Jeep at is a Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram franchise, while my local one here in Cleveland bills itself as Chrysler Ram Jeep Dodge store.
  18. The dealership in Colorado Springs where I bought my ‘00 Grand Cherokee back in ‘00 was a Chrysler Plymouth Jeep dealer…
  19. Inconceivable!
  20. Reminds me of how a 1/64th diecast Hudson Hornet was named as a 'Chrysler Hudson' on the packaging maybe 20 years ago... Racing Champions Mint brand IIRC... licensing, I guess...
  21. In olden days, the dealerships were branded Chrysler-Plymouth, IIRC.
  22. I like the look. Looking forward to this kit. My favorite Z was the ‘90s 300ZX (got the Tamiya kits of those).
  23. I have it on DVD, probably haven’t watched it in 20 years. I remember seeing it in the theatre, fun popcorn film. Talledega Nights is a lot of fun also.
  24. The Lindberg ‘67 was last out 6 years ago, they probably are reissuing it with AMT retro style box art like they are doing with the ‘66 Chevelle.
  25. Sounds like an S with Plaid mode. They are quite fast, more so than an S with Ludicrous mode.
