  1. Oh, I wish you had sent me that Pontiac before cutting it up. Been wanting one of those. Oh well! I like what you do with your builds and I'll be interested to see where this goes. Later-
  2. Gorgeous! I can see why you fell in love with that color. Very nice work on them both. Later-
  3. Thanks guys! Maybe I'll take some time today to work on the 240z Nigel. Later-
  4. That is an amazing job. And brush painted? I never would have known. Fantastic work! Later-
  5. This is looking very good. I like your body work and the color is a good choice. My Krylon Semi gloss black does the same thing as it does for you. Patches of dull paint. I need to find another inexpensive semi gloss black. Later-
  6. I got this in a trade yesterday. Later-
  7. I like the Jeeps Sam. Been wanting to get me a couple of those for a while now. Later-
  8. Thanks. Yeah, I was surprised when I looked on eBay for another one to buy and the one I found went for $76. Thanks for the nice comments guys. Later-
  9. Thanks guys. Later-
  10. It's looking great Sam! Later-
  11. Got the body in primer today. Still have a couple of spots to touch up but, for the most part, it looks like the glue blobs are gone. I also picked up another of these off of eBay last night. It looks incomplete but all of the important parts are there, including stock taillights. And the body looks pristine. Later-
  12. Managed to win another 63 Pontiac Tempest convertible off of eBay last night. This one has the stock taillights and the convertible boot that I needed for the other. Plus, the body looks to be fresh with no glue gobs. Later-
  13. Completed a great transaction with Tom99. Great to deal with. Thanks! Later-
  14. Those are all amazing builds. Each one is a build to be proud of. Marty, be happy that you have something built from the 90's that still exists in such great shape. I have been building for years and did so back in that time period. My problem was that because my build time was so limited and I never stayed on one project to completion, I have nothing to show from back then. Sure wish I had finished some from back in the day. 15. That looks great slammed like that. The paint is very similar to what I did on a Super Coupe slammer that I built about 20 years ago except that mine was a gloss black coat of paint with a top mist coat of Duplicolor Mystic Rainbow. Same effect. Gloss black until you hit it with a light or sunlight. Then it is beautiful! Your build is fantastic. Hope your shoulder heals soon. Later-
  16. I don't know but I wouldn't mind finding some stock ones. Later-
  17. I'm glad you sent me one! I love it. Comes in handy. Thanks. Later-
  18. Thanks. I used Testors Wet Look Clear over the paint. Later-
  19. That looks gorgeous, especially against the dark background. Great photos. Later-
  20. Thanks. Sure. Here you go. In 32nds and 1/25. Later-
  21. Wow! I like what you are doing with this. It really has a nice shape to it. Looking good! Later-
  22. I don't remember which one I sent you. Did it have the long headrests and waterfall center console? Actually, the only part I am missing is the stock convertible boot and stock taillights. It has the custom taillight.panel and stock bumpers. Yeah. Fortunately mine is cleaning up easy. I'm already to the "putty the divots" stage. Should be getting the first coat of primer tomorrow or Friday. Later-
  23. Thanks. The kit went together beautifully. I didn't have any trouble with it at all. Thanks guys for the nice comments. Later-
  24. I picked this up last month. I got it stripped down and started cleaning up the glue scars. Fortunately, it came apart very easily. I removed the front roll pan in preparation of reinstalling the bumpers. The tonneau cover definitely had to go. The plan is to paint it white with blue racing stripes and a red interior. That plan may change though. Later-
