Anton, I like what you have done with this. I am looking at your build on my phone and I don't see any glaring mistakes on the paint. I like the look and I think your decision to lower the wing was a good one. Keep it up. Later-

Got most of the body painted. I just have a couple of spots to touch up and need to BMF the brush guard and paint the small lower grille before final polish. Got a bit more detail painting to do on the chassis pan then I can button this up. Later- -
Both of those are nice looking builds Ray and Randy. I like the old 49-50 Ford kits. Lots of options and directions to go. I need to get back on my 49 and my 50. Keep it going Ray! Later-

Got my end of the trade from Stitchdup earlier this week. Quick shipping and great communication! Thanks Les. Won't hesitate to trade with you. Later-

Boy, do I know that one. Somewhere, either here at home or in my shop at work, I have a complete rebuilder 62 Pontiac Bonneville that I bought for cheap. I even have pictures of it sitting on my bench at work to prove that I do own it and did not dream it. But I cannot find it anywhere. It's been gone for about 8 months now. I keep telling myself that someday soon I'll find it. If anyone finds it, please return it! Later-

Getting closer. Just had to set the body on the chassis to see how it looks so far. Got the engine done and the tires and wheels on. Just waiting for the clear coat to gas out so I can wet sand it and polish. I've got the grilles and taillight panel done. Need to touch up the chrome and BMF the windshield frame. Later-

Looking great Sam! Glad I could help move it along. Later-

Beautiful build of an "other than normal" car and kit. Great to see something different on occasion. Your work is amazing on this! I like everything about it. Later-

Thanks fellas! It's been a fun build. The seats weren't hard to mask. I painted the red first then taped over the lines. The detail was deep enough to make cutting easy. Been making a lot of progress this week. I got the wheels detail painted and assembled on the Scenes Unlimited T22 tires. Got the stickers (not decals) placed on the body and the final coat of clear sprayed. The body is in the dehydrator now. I'm detail painting parts of the chassis and masking and painting the rear bumper. Got the grille painted and blackwashed. Later- -
Thanks Mike! Good to know there is one out there. Unfortunately, it is an older style than I'd hoped. Not a bad price for a resin though. Later-

Thanks Snake. I was just happy to find one in 1/24 instead of 1/35. Now if I could just find a Deuce and a half or 5 ton in 1/24! Later-

That looks great! The slight changes you made look right at home on it (especially changing out that grille shell). What brand and color of red did you use for those parts? Later-

Nice work so far. Those tires and wheels came with the kit? The beadlock rings look great. I could use a couple of sets of those myself. I'll be watching to see what happens with this. Later- -

Got the interior detail painted and completely assembled. Got the body wet sanded and getting a coat of clear on it now. Later- -
That looks great! I like that you used the Duster for the build instead of the usual Barracuda. I bought the same Slixx decal recently (only bought one though) How necessary was it to have two sheets? Do you think one would do for the top and seats on a 69 Roadrunner or a 69 Dart? Later-

Neither of mine have the 4 cylinder. I'm going to start the teardown and rebuild of the engine today or tomorrow. Later-

I got another convertible recently that has all the stock parts but none of the custom parts. Not sure how I'll build it. Later-

I see nothing wrong with that, at all. Everything about it looks fantastic! I really like the color choice for it too. One to be very proud of. Later-

Pull that thing out, prime it up and get to building it! Later-

Thanks guys. Box stock with the exception of a set of Scenes Unlimited 34 inch tires. Got some interior painted today. Tamiya Semi gloss black on the door panels and mirrors and Tamiya Matt black on the seats. I'll let it dry tonight and, depending on the look, I may hit the seats with a coat of flat clear just to tone down the red. I'm liking it. Later-
