    Got a bit of work done on the Alfa today. Got the front and rear glass in, the headlights and grille in and a few decals on. The chassis/interior is up on wheels. Getting close! Later-

    Those look very good Nigel! I got a bit more forward progress made on the Alfa. Today's session saw the engine bay and interior completed. Been doing the painting of the chassis parts . Hopefully I'll have this one finished and presented to my wife by the end of the week. Later-

    Just arrived at the doorstep! Beautiful pinstriping decals from Gofer Racing to grace some builds. And my most recent eBay purchase. I'm glad I hit the Buy Now on this one at $30! I just went this morning to find another and no combination of words showed another on eBay. This Merc is only missing the instructions and one front wheel. The trunk area looks like the lightly painted body got liquid cement poured on it. I'm guessing it will sand out easily enough. If not, I'll have decals made and name it "The Scalded Dog". Later-

    Driving home yesterday I saw a bone stock, faded, pale yellow 72-73 Maverick. It was in great shape for its age and even had the poverty caps. Sure wish I could have gotten some photos. Later-

    Came home to find my recently purchased AMX waiting for me. Just like it looked in the pics. An older built-up in a semi dismantled state but completely restorable. I'm jazzed about having this. Later-

    I'm only posting this here as a heads up to the big rig builders who, I don't believe, frequent the trade section much. I have a Revell Volvo F-12 and a Revell M-B 1628s and an AMT Logging trailer for trade in the Trade section. Come on over and check them out. Later-

    I'm not sure. I have only had one other Z kit. It was the stock '81 (I believe it was). I don't have this one in hand yet. It looks to be the same as the BRE kit but with different decals. BTW, there was a sealed BRE kit that went for $12 just an hour later. Later-
