Nice builds you got there. Looks like some nice paint. You were very busy. I'll be looking forward to seeing that Caddy when it's finished too. Later-

Got my part of a trade with Mike 1017. Very pleased. Unfortunately for Mike it hasn't been the same for him. I had unexpected things come up and couldn't get my end out when I said. Then, he had to make extra trips to the PO because, somehow, I gave him the wrong address. I hope his end shows up in the next day or two. Just wanted to say that I appreciate his patience and understanding and I don't I tend for this to happen again. Sorry Mike. Later-

espo-, What do you think? It won't be easy trimming this to shape and I'm not sure about the texture in it. This was just a quick down and dirty trim job to see what my option was. I think I should go with the gold paint option and save this gold paper for what I originally kept it for, doing door panels on a lowrider. Later-

Thanks espo-. I actually have some foil paper that may work for such a small area. Not sure about the pattern in it though. Later-

What did you see on the road today?

Thanks for that. I appreciate it. I was wondering what shade of gold would be good. I think I'll try that. Got the driver's side and windshield trim done today and started on the rear window hatch. Later-

What a selection of excellent builds and we'll photographed. I really like the look of the P4. Later-

That is one slick looking car. Very nice work. There is a 1:1 on an auction lot here in town. Not a regularly seen car. Later-

Wow! Very nice and productive year you had. Looking forward to what you come up with next year. Later-

Those are all beautiful builds! Nice work. Later-

I love the paint job on this Sam. He did good work. Looking forward to seeing what you can make of it. Later-

Thanks. Not sure what, if anything, will be on the roof. I did a bit of the foiling this morning that I didn't get done last night. Got the passenger side done. The BMF isnt perfect but it's good enough for me. Besides, this represents a well cared for family cruiser from the early 60's. The chrome is going to have a bit of road rash and wear. I believe that I am going to try flowing gold paint into the recess on the side trim. I had used the decals but they didn't get lined up properly. Later-

How do I go about getting a paid account through Fotki? Later-

Superb builds you have there! I like them all. Very high quality workmanship. Later-

Thank you guys. I didn't want to post the pics twice but since some said that PB had messed with them....again.....I thought I'd better find an alternative and uploaded them straight from my phone. No more PB for me. I'll have to get with my wife and see what future options I have. Later-

Looks good Sam! Can't wait to see it in person in the future. I have a spot in the back of my garage that is horrifying! I want to build a wall with a door and seal it up to make a painting area with filters, lights and all. If I do what I have planned it will be about 7ft x 7 ft. I've got my wife convinced that I need it since she bought me a portable paint booth. Later-

So, I'm back to work on this one. Not much progress so far tonight. Been working on the roof rack a bit. Also working on the BMF. The idea I picked up on the site here was to tape off around the chrome so as to give the knife edge something a bit more substantial to follow. Also, this allows you to pull up the tape once the BMF is trimmed and the BMF can't stick to the body where you do t want it. This idea works pretty good. I also have a quilt that my wife made folded on the rear seat and the start of a vintage thermos on the front seat. Later-

That depends. Do you mean tonight or ever? Well, in all honesty, I guess the answer either way would be No. Later-

Tonight's bench session. Working again on the 57 wagon. Going to do some foil work and see if I can't scratchbuilt a vintage thermos for the front seat. Got my Gin and tonic handy. Later-

Thanks a lot guys. It's always nice to hear the encouragement from such a great group of guys. Later-

Thanks Dave. Yes I was. I was thinking that this doesn't include the half a dozen others that I worked on this year but didn't finish (like most of us.) Later-

Nice score. I have a convertible 56 DeSoto. Where did you get yours? I have the Chrysler 300 interior parts to use on mine. Later-
