  1. Thanks guys! I appreciate it. I was surprised by how many I was able to get finished. Later-
  2. I agree completely! The white was a good decision. Later-
  3. Wow! Very impressive work. I love the color too. Later-
  4. I like your wide variety of builds, but I especially like the bug and camper. I watched the video on that many times and thought of building one too. I'm glad you did it. It turned out very well. Later-
  5. Oooooh! I like! Beautiful work. Later-
  6. Very nice! I remember that Karmann Ghia build. Beautiful paint on the 60 Ford too. Later-
  7. Great looking builds! I, too, like the Mopar hauler. I'd love a link to that build. Later-
  8. Very nice and impressive work! 24 is quite a turnout but they all look top notch! Later-
  9. That looks really good! Love the whole theme. I never knew this one existed in the Slammers series. They were fun little kits. I built one of them years ago from the series. Later-
  10. I had a banner year for 2019! I managed to finish 7 models (and came close on a couple more). Here they are. 11. Very nice looking build. These are always serious looking cars. Like they mean business. I have one to finish up soon. Later-
  12. Thanks for the positive responses fellas. It's not a perfect build but, then again, I doubt I'll ever be there. Not a bad idea. I'll have to get another one. The 57 I have now is slated for a drag build. I am going to get back on finishing my 57 Ford wagon next. It is SO close to done, as it is. Later-
  13. I just finished this one up. I used the rear tubs and axle from the 1/24 Max Rat Chevelle. Added custom exhaust, PE front brake rotors, and minor plumbing and wiring of the engine. I think that this is my 5th or 6th completed model for the year. Thanks for looking. Later-
  14. Just finished this one up. I think it is my 5th for the year. Got the radiator and air intake on and all of the decals done today. Headed to Under Glass. Later-
  15. Thanks guys. espo- usually I do clearcoat over the decals but this time since the decals are so small (mostly just badging) I thought that I would brush a small thing coat of Future over them. Other than the scraping of the chrome off of the front emblem my procedure is just the same as you described. Lol! Thanks for the laugh Buddy. I wrote that line first and then afterwards remembered little things I had added, so I listed them. I guess it wasn't quite "out of the box" PS- I also added PE front brake rotors and a pin for a floor shifter.......and.....and.... Later-
  16. Thanks. I was thinking the same thing regarding the numbers. I don't believe I will be using them. I will be using the decal for the grill. I have 9 decals to place. That's why I didn't do the dealing last night. It was already midnight by that point. Later-
  17. So, I am close enough to finished with this one to confidently state that I will finish it before the year is out. I wanted to get it done tonight but I realized that I left the radiator and wall at work today. I won't get back to it until Thursday. That being said, I decided not to push forward and decal this tonight. Here is where it stands now. I tubbed the rear end using the 1/24 scale Max Rat Chevelle parts and a set of wheels from the parts box. It also has exhaust made from parts box mufflers and plastic and aluminum tubing. Brake booster and reservoir is from a scrap Viper. Other than that it is right out of the box with a bit of engine wiring. I will get more (and better) pics when it gets the decals. Trying to decide if I want to use the racing number (87) decals from the kit on the doors. Probably not. Later-
  18. Very nice looking builds and beautiful paintwork on them. Thanks for the show. Later-
  19. Those look really nice and clean. Great work! I'm sure they will be treasured gifts. Later-
  20. Modlbldr

    2019 builds.

All four are nicely done. Are those decals on the Ford panels aftermarket? I believe they are from Firebird or something like that. If so, how were they? I thought about ordering some of them. Later-
  21. Wow! Nice work and quite a few, to boot! I like all of them. Later-
  22. Beautiful work, a lot of diversity and I am surprised by the number of older kits you built. They all look fantastic. Now, if you will just send me the Blazer, the ramp truck, the Missile, the Undertaker or the Hearse, I'll be done here. Lol Later-
  23. What a great collection! Many there I like but I really like the look and paint of that 32 Ford. Later-
  24. Very nice work. Smooth paint! I love the Cyclone and the Firebird. Later-
  25. Very nice builds and an interesting selection too. I like the door of the blue 50 Ford convertible. Later-
