  1. I understand but not a problem. Thanks again Later-
  2. I have a resin 56 DeSoto convertible. I am unsure of the caster as I got this in a trade. The body is in a yellow/orange/ gold resin. I see that Accucast did one in the past but the comments on the one I've seen built said the resin was white. My problem is that I do not have the complete interior for it. Does anyone have one that they would be willing to trade or ? Would I be better off using the interior from a Moebius 56 Chrysler? Later-
  3. Great job on all of the awards guys! They look like some amazing builds. My wife and I went wandering through a thrift/antique store today and I came home with three record albums (two Eagles and a Santana) for my turntable at work (it's nice to be the only one in the shop) and this sealed from 1963 Monogram 1/8 scale whitewall tire set. These will go to my buddy who builds 1/8 hotrods. Later-
  4. Wow Geoff! Your paintwork has really been impressive on your last few builds and this is no exception. I love the style. Truly inspiring work. Later-
  5. Very nice details that you have put into these! Great work. Later-
  6. Looking good! Later-
  7. That looks great! All of your hard work is paying off. Keep it up. Later-
  8. It looks amazing! I love the modifications you did to the frame. I need to get a few more of those Foose Caddies. Later-
  9. Beautiful work you are doing on this one. All of the extra trunk and engine bay work is amazingly clean. I love the shape of the body. Are you leaving the 260 v8 emblem on the front fender? Later-
  10. Looking great Dann. From your pictures and what it looks like you were pointing out perhaps your rear axle isn't centered and the motors sit too far forward? Also the one looks to be hitting the body. A bit of adjustments in your future? No hill for a climber though. Keep it up. Later-
  11. Thanks Steve! Anytime! I enjoyed the trade too. Sorry I forgot to mention you earlier. Been a busy week (with no building!) Later-
  12. Wow! I love it already. Can't wait to see what you do with it! Later-
  13. Scott, It was like the first one you pictured without the coil wire connection. I'd prefer them in a two pack with or without wire. Later-
  14. Does anybody know anything about these wheels and what time period they would have been seen on drag cars? The pic is from Drag City Castings site and I am thinking about placing an order, to include these. I like the look of them. Later-
  15. You all can just stop talking anytime now. Otherwise I'm going to have to put my fingers in my ears. I have lived the last 32 years in places where it snows WAY TOO MUCH! My wife and I have decided that our next move is going to be to Fiji. The depressing thing is, I'm just not sure when that will be. I Hate Snow!! Later-
  16. Nice looking build of a rather bland car. It definitely takes you back to the 90's. Great job. Later-
  17. Beautiful work on this. I really enjoyed following your progress on it. I've got to get some time to practice the lowrider style of paint jobs. They look fantastic on a model. Later-
  18. I'm with you Sam. I'd love to find one of these! Later-
  19. Beautiful! Simply amazing work and so realistic. Later-
  20. Looking forward to seeing you build this one Dann. If anyone has the talent to do it right, it's you. Can't wait to watch it. Later-
  21. I found one at the bottom of a box of parts that I had on hand. Man, now I see what ScottH454 meant about delicate! Later-
  22. This week's haul from trades with Chasracer, 57olds88 and Sam I Am. Thanks guys! Later-
  23. Trying to make my own distributor for this since finding one is proving elusive. Hopefully it will hold up once it's finished. At least this way I can move forward on finishing up the engine. Later-
  24. After a small bit of sanding it will be as good as new! Later-
  25. Thanks guys for getting this rolling and for all of the info. I have never seen a flamethrower or magneto up close so it was helpful to see how they are wired on the 1:1 and what applications they would be used for. Just exactly the purpose of this thread. Keep it up. Later-
