  1. I like the V8 Choice. I don't understand how the six would not fit. There seems to be plenty of room for it.
  2. Great, I got the last shipment you sent. Really awesome conversions. Can't wait to start the project. I got the 66 Acadion and a couple of the Beaumont grilles. Thanks for getting them out before the strike, and I will be ordering the 67 as well when the postal situation is resolved. Gotta be rough on anyone sending Christmas cards out.
  3. A beauty of a car.
  4. Those kits can be made into something really cool. My idea would be to change out the wheels like your plan and to swap the windshield frame out as the kit one looks like it came from someone's house the frame is so thick. Mayber do a short pick up bed on the back.
  5. Thanks for using Clairy Browne and the Bangin' Rackettes music. I see you even got the side marker lamps that were on the DD. How did you create the dash.
  6. I've been wanting to do the Toyota 7 for awhile. I have one in the secondary stash in the garage. The primary lives in the house. Not sure how accurate the engine is in those things. I know the Nissans of that era had used a Chevy engine.
  7. Pretty cool. Electric vehicle in Europe?
  8. Looks good in that color.
  9. Great comparo on the two. See how your skills got better? Keep it up.
  10. It ain't about what she likes, it's what the consumer likes. I'da talked to the main super about that.
  11. That and the mono wing counterpart are very interesting aircraft. Very maneuverable . Spain had these during the revolution and I think it was actually the first plane with retractable landing gear.
  12. You can import any car that is 25 years or older.
  13. That would be a 69. The bumper is a giveaway. I do not believe Beaumont ever sold a version of the El Camino.
  14. Well, I think it does come quite regularly, maybe not on a tight schedule, but it does. I get quite agog with excitement when it shows...just one thing I look forward to. It's not like it's a prescription drug I need to take on a controlled schedule. I totally get it is not that important in the grand scheme of things. It's about a hobby. I appreciate all the work the editors and the writers do and all that everyone else does at the mag. Just keep them coming.
  15. Really makes me want to build one
  16. I have two of these kits. I need to put them in the queue.
  17. Is there an extra spring I see in the nippers?
  18. Neeto. I like the Revell VWs
  19. If I did not know this was a model build, I'd think it was real. So clean on the work. One question, are the gears in front of the cam cover supposed to have a belt on them?
  20. Nicely done
  21. Very decent build. Are the decals part of the actual kit? I've loved the look of the car but never bought the kit.
  22. That's pretty cool. Didn't know you had that ability to 3D print stuff. Good on ya!
  23. Yes, it was a tragic story. Felson's writing really brought out the picture of it sinking below the water and the glint of the copper.
  24. Great concept. Really would have been a decent looking car if Chrysler would have done that.
