Interesting cars, I like them a lot. Now that Moebius has released it's Mercury truck, I'm hoping that model makers will release different variants or at least add in the Canadian trim bits to make the car. Another thing is that although sold at Pontiac dealers in Canada, the cars are their own make. Beaumont is the make as is the Acadian. Canso was the model name.

There is a Niva running around in Juneau Wisconsin. I suspect it's a Canadian sourced vehicle

I'm in the rurals so mine will be late as usual because the USPS likes to send mail to us in a circuitous manor...from the printer to St Louis to Chicago to Madison Wis. then to Oak Creek Wi and then some very slow truck will finally get it to Theresa Wi, but not before the driver hits all the local taverns.

Looks sharp. Remered those when I lived in California. I miss seeing all the clubs cruising the streets. We have them up here in Wisconsin but you only ever see them at shows.

This is one beautiful build. Love the color and the Vette itself. Corvette over the years has evolved in a natural progression. First solid rear axle, then to independent rear axles. Even the chassis has evolved in design and materials. Mid engine to me was a natural progression of the car.

I think that is the most iconic of Tom Daniel's designs. You did a great job on it.

I love these regional specials. I think every major city had some dealer ordering or converting a car to local character. I know Milwaukee had some Chevy Impalas decked out with white pearl paint, gold striping and vinyl padded half tops. Amc had some regional Rebel Station wagons out there.
