That blue really makes it pop against the wood you painted!
  4. That's pretty cool. He sure is dressed well, but must be off duty. This reminds me of an incident I had with a Swedish Policeman in 1968 when in Gothenburg. I was coming down with diabetes and thirsty and peeing every half hour or less. Screeched to a halt on a side road and stepped inside the entrance to a large yard. I sensed someone standing behind me, zipped and turned to find a Policeman. He didn't say much, just to go! As I walked back to the car, I saw I was in the Police Station yard! He was really cool about it!

  12. Even if this is the only 34 Chevy model in existence it's still looking top shelf.
  13. I avoided this for a few days, not wanting to see some 'cartoon popcorn ...' , my imagination, unfortunately. Finally couldn't resist as it kept popping up in New Content ... and so glad I did! This looks like a fun and entertaining project, for both sides. The leading 1:1 photo is really something to shoot for. I'll be watching.
  14. I wonder about Bronco heaters ... they are American and must be ok in NH.

  16. I did a Google "site:modelcarsmag.com making decals" search for you since the built in search here is not great. Have fun going thru those links, we talk about decals here all the time.
  17. Thanks for your comments. I had to really study it to figure out what paint it wanted, not your usual chassis. I meant to put a link to the On the Workbench thread
