  1. This was built a couple years ago as a simple, fun to mess around with kind of thing. Mostly a slump buster as it's a relatively simple kit. I was aware of it's shortcomings and there are plenty. Nonetheless, I had fun with it and it's a decent shelf model such as it is. I airbrushed it House of Kolor Teal Pearl with a few drops of blue added, over light grey primer, and House of Kolor Klear, polished out using wet 3200 through 12000 grit polishing cloths. The wheels and tires and disc brakes I think came from one of the AMT kits, possibly the 67 Impala, when they had their Rides Magazine series. The engine I found in my engine parts box but I have no idea what kit it came from. It looks like something close to a modern LT-1 engine without the top cover. The interior was simply Tamiya Pure White, with some self stick felt on the floor, and a little dry brushing on the dash. Not my best effort but the idea was to have some fun.

    Cobra

Very nice Cobra, box stock in yellow looks great. I like the figures as well, nice touch.
  7. Very cool, what an excellent build, along with the diorama accessories.
  8. Very well done build in 1/32 scale. I like how you used two different base coats and a beautiful candy topcoat choice. House of Kolor paints are outstanding. Lowrider mags and whitewalls look killer.
  9. Great job Michelle. Unusual subject which makes it appealing. I really like the metallic orange paint, and the slant 6 tops it all off.
  10. Excellent. Very nice work, great color combo.

  12. Wow. Stunning, truly exceptional Bird.
  13. Man, this is a great street rod build. I Like the color, but in my opinion, those Lexus wheels and tires really set this car on fire. Very cool.

  18. What an amazing piece of engineering. Beautiful paint finish, very attractive interior, I enjoyed reading all the mods and scratch building you accomplished. Outstanding.
  19. Thank you Carl.
  20. Great looking Charger, black with red trim always looks cool. well done.
  21. Ve5ry well done split windows. I really like both of them, being a Corvette lover myself. I agree the weathering on the race version is very realistic.
  22. Generally, it works better by mixing the dry pearl powder in your choice of clear coat. It can be mixed in paint but likely won't show very well.
  23. Wow, hard to add anything that hasn't already been said about this Kustom. It's a stunning example of a beautiful vehicle, paint, striping, interior, all are exceptional.
  24. That is so cool. Excellent imagination and execution.
