  8. Hi Mike, yes. I bought two kits, and both were like this. Requested replacements from Revell, but they are currently out of stock, and "it may take some time to get them out to me..." I have an almost completed build that is on hold due to this. Tried a couple of other options to "fix" the frame, but couldn't get them to work. Cheers
  9. Martin... just, WOW! As others have already mentioned, I thought I was looking at a 1:1 car as well! I am picking my jaw up off the floor now ? Truly outstanding work! Cheers
  10. Hi Ray, For what it's worth, my two cents... ? In 1/48 scale the older Tamiya/Hasegawa kits are quite easy to build. If you want to go for a newer tool, and quite a bit more in the detail area, the Eduard brand kits are outstanding! Cheers

  16. Looks great Bob. Not sure if this is a possibility, but perhaps a set of lower profile tires in the rear might get it to where you want it without any suspension mods. Just a thought... ?
  17. Don't know how I missed this thread... Beautifully done Yuri!
  18. Beautiful Pierre! The 917 and the Cobras are my favorites.
  19. Despite the issues encountered, the end result is a thing of beauty! Cheers P.S. Is this the Tamiya kit?
