  1. Tractor Supply carries it in a spray can. Test it on sprue first...I have not used it yet.
  2. Atlantis is not showing a list of what he bought....don't blame him!! But I asked him about a different kit and he admitted to having it and would look into it's condition. SO......
  3. The 59 Imperial had a cloned chrome tree. Model King right now is vested in the Moebius product line. R2 and Revell have stopped their private issue kits and not sure to what degree Atlantis is open to this type venture. Contact Pete if you have the cash!!!
  4. Vac would still cost more...bur could work. The tires were made to only fit the 62 Chrysler kits.....none on hand would fit. New wheels or tires were needed.
  5. Look at Balsa foam too. At one time Dick Blick carried it, It is manufactured near me but unless I buy a truck load they will not sell it there.
  6. Thatmay have been a bad choice of words used. But the issues are many and varied. I'll leave it at that.
  7. I know Model Roundup will get them........not sure if he's taking orders yet.
  8. Unless you have spent years in automotive licensing don't be to quick to make judgement statements. Licensing, like I've said is difficult and very frustrating. Often done at a snails pace and often seems unfair. Add to it the process lacks logic.
  9. Per Burket these kits will land before Christmas. Get your orders in now! Licensing is the most costly and difficult part of manufacturing today. You can't get a OK until you have product to show.....you can't have product until you know you will get a OK......The stories I could tell.....but they'd just get me into trouble.
  10. I was always told clear and tires molds. The tires were unique to the 62 Mopars.
  11. The Windows 10 update that went in last night.....took 40 minutes to get my desktop back up and running right. MS needs to be hit with a anti-trust.....
  12. I bought my dehydrator for $9 at Big Lots in the early 1990's. Cheap unit, plastic, no controls.......trays and a plug. Best buy I ever made after 25+ years of use. I even have a back up unit that my folks had so I'm set.
  13. Failure on the part of Rust-olem and Testors to keep their line up to date. Basic laziness on the part of the company. Tamiya has been my go to for years.....sadly will not change much on my desk.
  14. I've worked om and off with Ed since the 1990's. Tim has it 100%.....kinda Revells eyes and ears for the US market.
  15. Hit my HL today.......good stock of R2 & Revell kits. I did pick up a Atlantis Mercury rocket with launch base. I had this kit in the 1960's and thought it was so cool. Mine is almost flash free, nice color box top and bottom and little history book included like 60's version....cool!
  16. Cobra chopper reminds me of the 1/16 Pyro street rod kit........wonder if it inspired???
  17. Just cut them off!!!!! old tool Revell
  18. About as good that kit has ever looked!!
  19. I still have all my LP's.......ever play a vinyl with a pencil, pin and sheet of paper???Crazy!! try it with a CD!!
  20. I've never seen the Jada version.....the Revell plastic kit, which was going to be a die cast, looks almost the same. My Revell build as a movie car......I changed wheels/tires
  21. Baja VW is held up pending licensing from what I hear.
  22. The Chevelle modified is a good start to a Limited Sportsman style racer that rules the short tracks in the 60-70's south. I'll build a Sam Ard car....with work.
  23. Maybe some retooled parts from the 60's in the Buick??
  24. It's my next project.....I'm 2nd owner 34K miles!!
