For the price it should be better agreed. But I can fix the body line, if I wanted, for about 10 cents worth of brass wire and a small amount of putty. No...I should not have to.....but it does not bother me as the Petty photo shows....REALLY hard to see on SOME cars. The rear leaf springs are going to cost me about $5 for a old AMT 'Bird kit and some work at the bench. That is much more an issue to me. Still I'll hold judgement until in my hands.

Art's right. I got a used 180 cfm fan from a industrial printer. Toner can be highly flammable and as such a good fan to use. Going on 25 years of use now. Making sure a used fan is suitable can be a trick so deal with someone you trust.

Maybe someone's 'tribute' car built from junk parts......that's being done unfortunately....but in this day and age getting correct vintage info is as easy as falling off a chair. I am not dumping on these guys yet....I'll see what's in the box....and if they fix it as thy say.....a good step. BUT as I've consulted on MANY race car kits for free.....and would have done the same here....wish they had asked before cutting metal.

ALL MPC stock car Cup kits had leaf spring rears. Even when they retooled them for the 1983 Monte Carlo, Regal and GP they left leaf springs in......LONG gone from Cup by them for any make. I agree it's not a good thing for a new tool to get it wrong......if it was a Petty Dodge Magnum....thumbs up!!

Pretty sad......I have used 100's of Grandt Line items.......we are loosing our hobby suppliers. A O scale car I built w/Grandt....

I like the motor in the AMT Matador Cup kit. Not perfect but one of the better out there.....close tp my 1/1 anyway....

We had a Cube and loved it. Gave it to my daughter who still drives and loves it. Ours was built in Japan.....it was my understanding all Cubes, being super low production numbers, were Japanese built. If they made them in TN I was they still did..... Saw my F-150's birthplace in Mich USA.....

As owner of a 1/1 74 Matador.....gotta love it!!!!
