Takes 30 seconds to open a post at times......not consistent....but a pain at times.

I built up the 4 x 4 chassis back during early development of the kit. But it was a fast glue up, no paint to check fit and finish. And we couldn't show at the time. Buy up this version so the other versions they want to do will come to be. The 4 x 4 stuff is very nice BTW.

We raced a 510 for one year in SCCA then switched to a 260Z. But I like 510's

It's still not that easy.....there is a thing called 'Trade Dress' that is protected by the person or company that invented aid item. So if you were to issue the Taurus stock car without OK from Ford they could come after you for infringement......weather you use 'FORD' or not. Todays NASCAR race cars are owned by NASCAR rather than Ford, Chevy or Toyota. They can, and did, give permission to Revell for the snap kits and coming glue kits. Revell still needs OK from Ford but that is being coordinated by NASCAR. Nothing is easy today. Don't even open the 'consumer protection Act' and what it requires on packaging. thx

I lived in LA for 10 years.......Stay in So Cal for a month each year. And I have survived a few '100 year' floods....so I feel I can poke some fun. But 15% chance of showers is NOT severe weather. We had hard rain / sleet and snow last night....we still survived drive narrow winding roads for an hour in it....and LIVED!!!

We were caught dead center of the June 23 2016 floods....(10 inches rain per hour 3 hours) .so yes....I know flooding. I'll turn on KTLA news Sunday morning and see what weather they have.......but having lived in So Cal for many years any 'weather' is severe weather.....or what we call Thursday. BTW national weather service is calling for 30% chance of showers late Sunday......yes I know they often miss........

We call it Spring showers here........I get KTLA news at home....they THINK it might rain....... In WV if we cancelled like that we'd never have a car show!!!

A little off topic.....but....... I never met your Dad in person.....but through a common friend, we knew each other from a distance. He was a positive force in our little hobby and everyone that had met him had a positive opinion. I was looking forward to meeting him someday. I'm sorry I missed my chance. I really hope there is someone in your area that will step up and provide what you need via info and/or help. We are somewhat dealing with the same issue here.....one of our well know local modelers passed and we are trying to help best we can. I'd step up but just to far away to help you. Lots of stuff....few cars at mine. Dodge L700 with box van, Merc and Bugatti, Dodge drag cars and 38 Ford van. I bought a Robert E Lee. They had 50 Civil War cannons @ $30.....they will have them forever!! Tons of 1/72 armor @$10 that will be a tough sell. Oh....and 1/16 Bull Horn T @ $20....

Seems like my stuff is gone forever. This kinda cripples my business.......but I'd been looking for a reason to move forward or close down....seems I got my answer......losing $700-800 worth of stuff made up my mind for me. Thanks to those that offered help. But it seems someone wants my stuff rather than return it.

Thanks all...... The box does not have my name on it. It's a old shipping box that had MONOGRAM on it...but about all. The vendor on the left was long gone when we packed up......the right side was empty table. Clean up crew said they set box on floor when they took tables down.....but NNL guys said room was empty when they did their sweep.
