My favorite is Duplicolor #1699 sealer or Tamiya silver....both work fine. -

Revell 30 Model A Ford Production Halted?
Dave Van replied to Daddyfink's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
No inside info here on the Revell tooling........But from my Analyst days at a worldwide bank......China feels anything tooling wise done in China is , in the end, owned by the state.....or they have a lean on it. It's a complicated quasi private and government partnership that is troubling at best. -

Minicraft Models Discontinued?
Dave Van replied to Anglia105E's topic in Welcome! Introduce Yourself
That kit has been sold as Entex, Revell and Minicraft....maybe others. I think it was a Hubley originally. I have gotten them off the auction website for less than a new retail kit sells for. I got this one a few months ago for $12 IIRC....- 23 replies

Prayers to you and your family. I can't say I have been there......but I had a major issue a few years ago and went from active independent guy to wheelchair bond Dependent person overnight. So hang tough, don't feel bad when you ask for or need help......I am sure you lent a hand when you were able. A guys ego takes a beating sometimes when we have major changes like this. I hope for you the best.

Thanks Mike!!! R2.....find the coupe tooling.....Plez!

I supplies my mint Dragon Wagon to Bill Lastivich so the kit could be retooled in China. After that project I was asked if I had a number of other Tom Daniel kits I would be willing to send to them. I agreed but I never heard from them again. Not real long after that Bill passed away. I don't think there has been a TD kit retooled since then. Dog Catcher was one project that was started but never came to market. It makes me think Revell was not happy with the ROI these kits provided. I'd buy a Rattler, Sand Shark or any of the TD modified kits. We didn't need another Cop Out but it must sell or we'd not get it ever 3 years!! Revell....please take a chance with Rattler.......Trick T or other TD kit not seen in 20 plus years.

As well done as I have ever seen!!

IMHO Dale Jr is done. Not that he's washed up or anything.......if he returned and dies in a on track incident I KNOW NASCAR feels it would be their death blow. So keep him in and around the sport but out of a car.

Good to see you.......I have a number of yuor kits.....nice stuff. I tried the resin kit biz for a total of about 5 different kits....a tough biz to keep going for as long as you have.
