Every Moebius automotive kits has 3 to 4 alternate versions tooled. What's next we'll see.

The other issues Model King Dave has is: Limited space. I've been to his biz.......it is packed. Large scale takes that much more space. Cost/price. Private issue kits were paid up front. A HUGE investment with lots of risk. R2 and Revell no longer allow private issue kits so that is not an issue any longer anyways! Moebius will stay away from large scale automotive kits.

Atlantis newsletter of 8/1/20 said another announcement coming next week......Sounds like Atlantis is ready to become on of the big Dogs.....we\ll see.

You are speaking my language!!!! I grew up in LA 1960 to 1970. I was fascinated with Bunker Hill......it was pretty bad by the 60's but still a lot of the BIG old houses. My buddy;s Dad worked for a construction company that flattened most of the Hill. He HATED his job,,,,,but it paid so well he left and started his own company. He always told us of the buildings he saw. And I am a big Webb fan.....I watch every Dragnet (60's version) on METV daily. He was working on a new Dragnet when while filming Eps 1 he died from the heart attack........I'd love to have seen what he had planned! The Ford ITC kit does not look to bad....I'd buy one today anyway! Thanks

My buddy and I are starting a project to kinda honor Norm. He is building a 'My Mother the car' Which was Norm's and I am building a 'original' version of the Phaeton. We are just starting the project, getting kits and parts together.

A tough road ahead....but I wish you well.

I have the 1/12 Tamiya....wonder why they skipped a 1/20??? I do have a resin white metal BT-44 but a few plastic kits be nice!

Google 'Gofer Racing decals' they make a wide variety of decals. I did the art for most of them and they are screen printed real decals.

I am not SCREWING TD out of anything. Monogram has done these kits in the past....he was paid for them already. If the, Revell, use his name and design...they must pay. If they alter the kit and call it something else and DO NOT use his name THAT'S business. Alter something you have paid for ....you now own THAT. What's amazing is the number of sheep in this country....THAT'S AMAZING!!!!

The chrome emblems????? I have a ALPS that is still limping along.....it can print actual chrome foil.

I said include the Baja parts......2 in 1........it's all a daydream anyway!!!!

I suggested just issuing it as 'Firebomb' which they could include the 'Baja' parts and make it a 2 in 1 kit!!!!!

Agreed.....and I made custom chrome Sebring logos for it.....but on that light blue...hard to see!

My build was inspired by this car from the real 'Gone in 60 seconds'. I do not like the vinyl top....but now that the kit is coming back I may build it too......

I look forward to the reissue with new parts.....I like the kit.
