  1. Thanks! I found them last night on ebay but I knew nothing. I hope the quality is good.
  2. Tell me more about this Green Light Bluesmoble.
  3. I remember an R engined Daytona getting a lot of press in the muscle cars mags a few years back.
  4. Thank you! All done but signing in on the new machine! Thanks again!
  5. Dang, it won't let me click on settings. Well, stuck again.
  6. I'll try that, you're the first to offer help. Thanks.
  7. Don't forget the early 60's Chevy truck 2 wheel drives were torsion bar in the front.
  8. I'm so used to kits that come so close but somehow just miss the mark that I'll have no problem with scratching up the four wheel drive parts for that Suburban.
  9. I got a new computer and can't log into this site. I forgot me password (stored on the old one) , and had to get the old one back up to post this. To make matters worse I no longer use the email account I joined up under. Help ?
  10. I have put one under an AMT 55 sedan with little problems so it can be done. I suggest cutting the floors out of the AMT interior tub.
  11. I used a dial caliper, a calculator and a 1:1 57 Chevy. The new AMT body is too wide in the rear.
  12. The worse thing I found wrong with the newer body is that it is pie shaped, it's too wide in the rear. The body is easily fixed because of the opening trunk, except for the roof which is then too wide for the corrected body. The BEST 57 Chevy hardtop would be the Revell 1/25 snap kit body and interior on one of the newer Revell 57 Chevy chassis and engine. That snapper has the BEST 57 Chevy 2 door hardtop body you can buy.
  13. It's like any other kit, if it sells well it will probably inspire additional kits in the same vane.
  14. Looks good to me! I normally don't build cars newer than the early 70's but I'm a Hurst Olds fan so I may have to pick one up. How did it go together?
  15. Model car world cast a resin 1/25 57 Nomad based on the new Revell 57 Belair sedan kit. This is your best option for a 57.
  16. Hard to believe these haven't been posted yet.
  17. Anyone know how stock the Nascar 72 Ford Torino body is?
  18. A 74 GTO is on my long list, the body and trim don't worry me but the decals, thats my worry.
  19. How? It's never been kitted.
  20. I'd like that too, but I can hear the cries if "another 57 Chevy, @#$%^&* !!!" from the anti 32 Ford, Tri Five Chevy and Camaro bunch. Meanwhile we have no 56 Bel Airs, 57 210's, non Nomad wagons, sedan deliverys, good 55 or 57 Nomads, 56 Convertibles and on and on......
  21. Great news, first announcements that have interested me in a while. Bronco is a must for at least 2, and I'm out of Black Widow parts kits. (Great FI 283 and chassis) The Pro-Street Berretta, how far off from a pro stock car was it?
  22. I picked up issue 201 at B&N in Nobelsville Indiana last night.
  23. Drag car on a banked oval track? That was a GREAT idea!
