  1. Yet again I wonder why John is posting pics of a real bike. Yet again I pick up my dropped jaw after realizing it is, yet again, another of his wonderful builds. G

  3. We few, we happy few, we band of brothers, for who ever serves with me shall be my brother. May God bless them all, past, present, and future. Dad was Army, and an old man (30) at the start of WWII. He served in the China, Burma, India theatre, and the occupation of Japan in '46. Brother was a Marine, survived the seige at Khe Sahn, only to be wounded outside the Army base at Dak To. I had quite a few different, ahem, "all inclusive vacations" courtesy of the Marines since enlisting in '74, and remaining a reservist until '89. G

  15. I really miss the Kirkwood show. I went twice a year without fail. For you Kirkwood veterans, I'm the guy who had the daughter that won every time she entered a build. G

  17. I've built a General Sherman, A General Pershing, a General Patton, and a General Bradley. You'd think General Lee is next, nope.........General Abrams. G
  18. Looking good! You'd be filling seams recast or not, so for 20% less, who cares? Glenn, "rude" LOL! Those Anime' figs are quite detailed, re cast or not. I wish I had the space for some of those. One guyt in our club built a ton of those, and built them quite well I might add. One other member became highly incensed and called him a pervert. The club divided down the middle so I don't belong to that club anymore. Idiots G
  19. George that looks suspiciously like a police package Nova from back in the day. Same color as I drove. ???? G
  20. I saw a snowplow in Vegas, once. I have been waiting for the '50 Olds kit for what seems like forever now. Wasn't it promised something like 10 years ago? G
