Other than my time in the military I have never been without at least one dog in my life. Funny story and I witnessed this too. During the great Mississippi river flood of 1993 we were evacuating neighborhoods on the south side. At one house, the door is answered by an extremely pregnant woman with a "gentleman" standing behind. When informed of the evacuation this guy picks up a 12 pack, the pit bull puppy and tells her " See ya at Jeff's place babe". Hey at least he thought of the dog. G

Kevin moving from "the Lou" to the desert southwest was an eye opening experience to say the least. The absolute lack of humidity compared to the Midwest is mind blowing. So to is the 116 degree heat. G

My hobby knife rolled off the bench only to land point down into my shoe. It penetrated just enough to p r i c k the top of my foot. Lessons learned. #1 Watch the hooverdam knife #2 Always wear shoes while modeling especially if you are a clutz. (putz) G

They were all good, real good. A co worker is the great nephew of Dean Martin. Martin was arguably the better singer and quite a performer, but voluntarily took a back seat to Sinatra. He had a carefully crafted on stage persona which was nothing like him in real life. G

It seems Dragon goes to great lengths in their attempts to screw up the instructions on nearly every kit. Good thing though, is if you build enough variations of say a Sherman, you get a basic understanding of what goes where. G

Oh yeah. Our tech gurus are way up north in Carson City. They have no clue how busy the Las Vegas office is. The fact that it is the only 24/7/365 office left in the state goes right over their heads. Naturally they take everything down for maintenance starting at 5pm on a Friday. That's when we begin ramping up for the weekend. Loads of fun. G
