  1. Cool build! I think I had one of these years ago... back in the early 70's. Is this a re-release? David G.
  2. It takes a lot of courage to cut apart such an unusual car with the intention of improving it. It takes a lot of skill to make those improvements work like yours do. Very Cool! David G.
  3. Excellent work! I really enjoy your dark sense of whimsy. I'm reminded of the dark humor in the old Corman horror films of the 60' & 70's. David G.
  4. Excellent work! I love these old racers. It seems that, back then, they had more of what racing was all about. David G.
  5. This came out really nice. The color combinations are spot-on. I've always thought that Plymouth got their design cues for this one from the 1972 Chevy Monte Carlo. David G. i just can't type today...
  6. With a car like this, there's no need to worry about what's behind you! David G.
  7. It would be a close race until near the end. The Batmobile would begin to pull ahead to what would seem like certain victory, at which time, Speed Racer would : A.) push a button B.) remember the lesson that Pops tried to teach him yesterday, or C.) look over his shoulder and see Racer X closing in on the Batmobile. One or any combination of these events would cause the Batmobile to spin wildly out of control, leaving Batman standing by the side of the road shaking his fist, choking on dust and vowing revenge, and opening the way for yet another dramatic victory for the world's greatest racer. Of course, all this would depend on who's TV show it was. Batman's TV show would probably have a different outcome. David G.
  8. If it weren't for those specks in that interior shot, I'd guess that it was a real car! Completely awesome work! David G.
  9. Wow! I can't imagine that many folks in Germany let their cars get like this. I'm guessing you've been to The States a time or two. I love all the detail and overall griminess. David G.
  10. That is a striking color combination, very eye-catching. Nice work! David G.
  11. That is freaky cool! Great work! David G.
  12. Looks like a good solid build. Great work from a so-so kit! David G.
  13. I'd have loved this when I was 14 or 15 years old. Now, not so much. I can appreciate the ammount of work that was put into it, but it's just not my style. David G.
  14. I'm interested to see how you're going to pull this off. This could end up as a very cool custom build. David G.
  15. Nice pair! You seem to have more creativity than humans should be allowed to have. David G.
  16. Great subject- excellent work! David G.
  17. Any truck that delivers beer looks nice to me, but this one is especially cool. David G.
  18. All these cool GTO's and not one Monkee Mobile? What's this forum coming to? David G.
  19. Definately not a workin' truck, but still a very cool custom. David G.
  20. I can almost smell the dirt, burnt oil and over-rich exhaust! Verry Cool! David G.
  21. WOW! Crazy detail on this one. Awesome work! David G.
  22. With this we could build another TV show car... Arthur's sister's car from The Tick !! um... for those who would be so inclined. David G.
  23. Oooo, ooo! One more! "Please" and "Thank You" Why politeness and courtesy have no place on the internet. Sorry, I just had to kick one more in. Thanks for your indulgence. David G.
  24. Or... "How to make people read your post with headers like: "question" " Should I Buy this Kit?" "Where can I get one of these?" and the all-powerful... "NEED HELP NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Your hit count will soar! Harry, these are just too, two, to, tu much fun! David G
