  1. Tamiya TS-15 might work over white primer
  2. I'm not sure how much help I actually am JC! LOL . I can almost smell the paint. I assume you have something near the actual Eaton's Yale blue, or was it a factory colour?
  3. Just keeping you on your toes as we say over here JC
  4. Never seen the plug leads going forwards, I thought they usually went straight down beside/between the carbs. Maybe I'm thinking of the Twin Cam, not the BDA. There's mesh on the airfilter that you didn't mention, it's quite small, how did you make it? More top notch work JC.
  5. A few more categories would be nice.
  6. That's actually a Ford Capri, albeit a Consul Capri, most rusted away into nothing 30 years ago!
  7. Alloy wheels would have been optional extras back in the day, the Cabrio version has them though.
  8. I emailed him yesterday about the new Minilite wheels and got a responce almost straight away.
  9. The wheels are spot on JC.
  10. Have you got the Rothmans decals for this JC?
  11. I've only seen them in America, the few times I've been over, purple hooters are nice with a Pint of Guinness
  12. LOL, put the helmets in the back JC, I forgot your glass will be a lot thinner than the kit item, which looks like the bottom of a shot glass.
  13. Hang them up JC, or you'll never see them when it finished, which would be a shame. I'd also have the helmets on the front seats too, but that's just my opinion, you'd want to show as much of your hard work off as possible.
  14. Even with the intercoms, you wouldn't hear much with the BDA heading for almost 8000 rpm JC Great work as usual.
  15. They're much more realistic now JC. Lots of work on small parts, very nice.
  16. Never saw a 1300 OHC in a Capri Geoff, but yes I'd forgotten about the original base model Sierra. Must be where I remember it from.
  17. Best 37 Chevy I've ever seen.
  18. I know it's April 1st, but I have heard about a 1.3 Pinto OHC. I always assumed it wasn't true.
  19. I know you're doing your own glass JC, but will you have the front windows down to show off the interior?
  20. The wheels are looking very good, are the tyres the final version? Fabulous work on the interior too JC.
  21. The Supersport wheels were the same design as the classic RS 4 spoke alloy, but were only for fwd, they look the same bit are not dished and have a different offset Mike. I still have one in my shed for some reason.. Thankfully I was right about the engines from memory JC, I'm not an anorak, I just grew up near the only Ford RS dealer in Dublin, Richard used to rally an ex Malcolm Wilson Mk 2 and had a beautiful RS3100 Capri with X-Pack arches as a road car.
