  1. Cool...!
  2. Welcome..! NICE Caddy...!!! I love many brands and Cadillacs are one of them...we owned many over the years in my family I want to make replicas of.
  3. Love the Vinyl top trim Steve...!!! Im still hoping to find a replacement body and glass for my HT someday.
  4. Our 73 GS had a all Kenny Bell parts engine....was a real beast...factory 4 speed too supposed to have been a rare option for the 73s. I have the old AMT 66 GS model build up and the craftsman but both were damaged in the 2011 tornado we had here a long with the rest of them from my dads old collection sadly....both need parts I ether cant find or afford.
  5. id love to see them bring out a 66-73 GS kit.... I have the old 66 but it needs parts i cant find yet wanting to build replicas of the ones my family had over the years..66,67,69,73.
  6. I had that one as a kid....wish I could get a hold of another one. Me and my dad built this one together many years ago have very fond memories of it.
  7. Sad... I just hope there is always someone to take over the torch...otherwise that level of skill will be lost forever. RIP.
  8. Id love to have any of them...I built the custom ones as a kid . I have some GPs but they all need parts yet before I can restore them...we once owned 67,69,70,71,72 GPs in my family.
  9. Thanks for the information...I just would like to be able to make a replica of my old 75 Trans AM someday..if I can afford one..rather use the MPC one for it.
  10. Id love to get my hands on one of those Trans Am kits....! I once owned a 75 and loved that car with all my heart. T-bird looks cool too.
  11. Very nice finds...! I use to own a 70 Cutlass Sport and a 73 Hurst Olds Cutlass.
  12. Tom... I liked seeing the old box arts..always loved them and collected them. I wish I could find what the ones I have need and others I would need to make the replicas from...just cant get them out of my head till I do. Mine..any 76 or prior body styles should work for the projects/restorations...I had a trade deal agreed to on a unbuilt 75 but at the last minute he sold it to someone...just my luck. I too would like to attempt the long Maxi-van body one as well. We had several 71 to 76 vans in the family once...one was a Maxi-van.
  13. Very nice....looks mean.
  14. Cool find on the Falcon...glad your going to restore it. I have the 60, 66, 69 I need to restore soon as I can...mine will be factory stock.
  15. Thanks Pat brother..! I appreciate it greatly buddy. Nice work on the shop equipment....you have a engine factory there.
  16. Snake... That 67 Bonneville is crying for help...shame these got damaged the way they did sometimes...I love the late 60s Bonnevilles.
  17. Another great thing to have is the drive belts from old junk computer printers....they make great looking blower drive belts. Small capacitors make nice looking scale oil filters as well.
  18. Nice work looks great..! My brother in-law lives near Tyler.
  19. Jeff buddy... do what I do..look at what you have to work with and think of what you could do with it. I understand the lack of motivation issues well...lack of parts..funds...etc. stops me most all the time from making progress on ones id like to get done or have again. Take something that has been just laying around for years and a couple of handfuls of parts and see if you can see a build project in them...sometimes there the best and most fun builds...and one can be surprised at what one can come up with...just look at the 69 Plymouth 4 door wagon I made from damaged kits and parts. Sometimes we have to think outside the box..LOL..
